Abstract
본 발명은 스크류 요소들이 회전하지 않도록 임의적 순서로 구동샤프트상에 조립될 수 잇는 스크류형 압출기에 관한 것이다.
전-경화된 스크류 요소(3)들의파괴 위험을 감소시키기 위하여, 본 발명은 종방향 리세스(5;스크류 요소들내의 그루브)의 측부(51)들이 각각 전방부(31)를 향하는 방향으로 V-형 확장부를 지니도록 설계되는 것을 제안한다.이러한 확장된 측부 표면(51')은 이중으로 굽은 공간적 표면으로 형성되며, 각각의 적용 케이스에 대하여 정확하게 계산된다.

Claims (3)
- 내마모성 스크류 요소들이 서로 맞물리도록 임의적 순서로 조립되는 하우징 내측에 배치되는 적어도 하나의 구동 샤프트를 지니며, 상기 스크류 요소들은 회전 모멘트 전달 요소(페더 키이)를 수용하기 위한 적어도 하나의 종방향 리세스(그루브)를 지니는, 특히 플라스틱 재료를 처리하기 위한 스크류형 압출기에 있어서, 상기 종방향 리세스(5)의 측부(51)는 각각 전방부(31)를 향하는 방향으로 V-형 확장부가 형성되는 형태로 되며, 상기 확장된 측부 표면(51')은 이중으로 굽은 공간적 표면으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크류형 압출기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 측부(51)의 V-형 확장부는 샤프트 회전 모멘트로 인한 샤프트 형태의 변화에 따라 아래의 공식X≤0.02 DY≤L/2 각각에 대하여 Y≤D여기서 D=각각의 샤프트 (1)의 직경, L=각각의 스크류 요소 (3)의 길이, X=전방부 (31)에서 원주방향으로 각각의 확장부의디멘션, Y=확장부의 각각의 축방향 길이의 디멘션에 의해 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크류형 압출기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전-경화된(through-hardened) 금속 또는 비금속 재료로만 구성되는 내마모성 스크류 요소(3)와 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크류형 압출기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
