Abstract

단일암체 촉매 및 불활성 유기 희석제 존재하에 0.01 내지 2.0MPa의 수소압 및 -10 내지 150℃의 온도에서 과산화성 가오존분해 생성물을 상응하는 카보닐 화합물로 가수소분해적으로 환원시키는 방법 및 수소로 가수소분해시킴으로써 균일한 신규 생성물을 수득하게 하는 화학적 화합물의 촉매적 가수소분해용 장치.

제1도는 본 발명의 수소를 사용한 가수소분해용 장치를 나타낸다.

Claims (10)

  1. 촉매로서 단일암체 촉매를 사용함을 특징으로 하여, 0.01 내지 2.0MPa의 수소압 및 -10 내지 150℃의 온도에서 촉매 존재하에서 반응 조건하에 불활성인 유기 희석제중 과산화성 가오존분해 생성물을 상응하는 카보닐 화합물로 가수소분해적으로 환원시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 귀금속으로 피복된 촉매 지지체로 이루어진 단일암체 촉매임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 금속으로 이루어진 촉매 지지체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 불활성 유기 희석제로서 탄소원자 1 내지 6개를 갖는 알콜을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 0.1 내지 1.0MPa의 수소압을 유지함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 15 내지 70℃의 온도를 유지함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 가수소분해되는 화학적 화합물을 위한 저장 유기 용기 V, 화학적 화합물을 급송(feed in)하기 위한 펌프 P, 수소를 도입시키기 위한 배열 VE, 수소압 측정을 위한 압력 게이지 p, 단일암체 촉매가 있는 컨테이너 F, 온도 조절을 위한 배열 T 및 생성물 용액을 수거하기 위한 배열 E1 및 E2가 장착된 반응 용액 회수용 용기 G, 반응 용액 운송을 위한 순환 펌프 K 및 샘플을 취하기 위한 장치 A가 장착된, 수소를 사용하여 화학적 화합물을 가수소분해시키기 위한 장치에 있어서, 저장 용기 V, 펌프 P, 수소 밸브 VE, 수소 압력 게이지 p, 단일암체 촉매 F, 용기 G, 순환 펌프 K 및 샘플을 취하는 장치 A가 반응 용액에 대한 라인(line)을 통해 순서대로 연결되어 있음으로써, 가수소분해되는 화학적 화합물 및 수소가 동시에 단일암체 촉매 F를 통해 반응 용액 회수용 용기 G내로 급속되어지고, 또한 순환 펌프의 보조로 단일암체 촉매를 통한 회수 용기로부터의 반응 용액의 반복된 급송 가능성이 보장되어짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 가수소분해되는 화학적 화합물이 과산화물을 함유하는 가온존분해 생성물임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 용기 G가 반응 용액에 대한 라인을 통해 증류 단위 D와 연결되어짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 제7항의 장치를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
