Abstract

척본체의 전면으로부터 워크부착면까지의 거리를 짧게하여, 척본체의 기계적 강성을 향상함과 동시에 척본체 내부의 스페이스를 유효하게 이용하여 척본체의 두께를 얇게한다.
척본체(1)의 앞벽(2)의 중앙부에 후방으로의 돌출부(8)를 설치하고, 돌출부(8)에 대응하는 부분의 앞벽(2)의 전면에 오목부(9)를 형성한다. 오목부(9)에 워크(W)을 심내기하는 콜릿척식의 심내기 장치(11)의 후반부를 수용하고 볼트(13)로 돌출부(8)에 부착한다. 앞벽(2)의 외주부에 워크(W)의 에지(Wb)를 잡는 복수의 조오(17)를 배설한다. 돌출부(8)의 외주에 드로우부재(27)의 고리모양 안내부(30)를 미끄럼이 자유롭게 끼워 맞춤한다. 안내부(30)의 외주에 구면 시이트체(31)를 통하여 스파이더(33)를 지지하고, 드로우부재(27)에 의하여 스파이더(33) 및 로드(23)를 통하여 조오(17)를 개폐한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 워크의 중앙부에 걸어맞춤하여 워크를 심내기하는 심내기장치와, 워크의 외주부를 붙잡는 복수의 조오를 전면에 구비하고, 상기 조오를 드로우부재에 의하여 스파이더를 통하여 개폐하도록 구성한 핑거 척에 있어서, 척본체의 앞벽의 중앙부에 후방으로의 돌출부를 설치하고, 그 돌출부에 대응하는 부분의 앞벽의 전면에 오목부를 형성하고, 오목부에는 상기 심내기 장치를 적어도 그 일부를 수용한 상태에서 설치하고, 돌출부의 외주에는 상기 드로우부재의 전부에 설치한 안내부를 미끄럼이 자유로이 끼워 맞추고, 안내부의 외주에 상기 스파이더를 지지하는 시이트면을 설치하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 핑거 척.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부가 척 축선 주위의 원통면상의 외주면을 갖고, 상기 안내부를 고리모양으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 핑거 척.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 오목부를 돌출부와 동심을 이루는 원형구멍으로서 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 핑거 척.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시이트면을 상기 안내부의 외면에 고정한 고리모양 시이트체를 형성하고, 이 시이트체의 외주에 스파이더를 지지한 것을 특징으로 하는 핑거 척.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시이트면을 구면으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 핑거 척.
