Abstract

본 발명은 왕복내연기관의 연료분사밸브에 관한 것이며, 엔진의 실린더의 연소실내로 돌출되고, 연소실에 근접한 끝면에 시트(18)가 형성된 밸브하우징과, 밸브하우징을 통해 연장되고, 연소실에 근접한 단부에 밸브하우징으로부터 돌출되고, 시트(18)와 연동하는 밀폐면(19)이 형성된 버섯모양의 밸브콘(20′)을 갖추고, 밸브하우징을 통해 흐르는 연료의 흐름방향으로 개방되어 연료가 고압에서 연소실로 분사되도록 하는 가동폐쇄부(20)로 이루어지는 왕복내연기관의 연료분사밸브에 있어서, 밸브하우징에 폐쇄부의 버섯모양의 밸브콘(20′)에 거는 캡(8)을 설치하고, 캡은 연료제트를 형성하도록 시트(18)의 영역에서 최소한 1개의 노즐덕트(21)가 형성되어 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 엔진의 실린더의 연소실내로 돌출되고, 연소실에 근접한 끝면에 시트가 형성된 밸브하우징과, 밸브하우징을 통해 연장되고, 연소실에 근접한 단부에 밸브하우징으로부터 돌출되고, 시트와 연동하는 밀폐면이 형성된 버섯모양의 밸브콘을 갖추고,밸브하우징을 통해 흐르는 연료의 흐름방향으로 개방되어 연료가 고압에서 연소실로 분사되도록 하는 가동폐쇄부로 이루어지는 왕복내연기관의 연료분사밸브에 있어서, 밸부하우징에 폐쇄부의 버섯모양의 밸브콘에 거는 캡을 설치하고, 캡은 연료제트를 형성하도록 시트의 영역에서 최소한 1개의 노즐덕트가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복내연기관의 연료분사밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폐쇄부의 버섯모양의 밸브콘은 캡의 내측에 따라서 긴밀하게 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복내연기관의 연료분사밸브.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 노즐덕트의 연소실로부터 반대쪽의 경계는 밸브하우징의 시트에 인접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복내연기관의 연료분사밸브.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 노즐덕트의 연소실로부터 반대쪽의 경계는 밸브하우징의 시트에 대하여 연소실에 향해 변위되는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복내연기관의 연료분사밸브.
  5. 제1항~제 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밸브콘의 밀폐면은그 외측 주위에서 실린더면으로 통과하고, 밀폐면과 실린더면 사이의 에지는 노즐덕트의 입구단면의 크기를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복내연기관의 연료분사밸브.
  6. 제1항~제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 노즐덕트에 대하여 폐쇄부의 버섯모양의 밸브콘은 상기 밸브콘내로 돌출되는 스풀플레이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복내연기관의 연료분사밸브.
  7. 제1항~제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 캡의 내측에는 폐쇄부의 최대이동을 한정하는 정지면이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복내연기관의 연료분사밸브.
