Abstract

본래 수분흡수량이 작은 액정점토 기초 흡수제를 설명하며 이것은 액정 점토광물을 알칼리성 고체 이온 교환물과 화학반응시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (14)

  1. 본래는 수분흡수량이 적으나 액정 점토광물을 알칼리성 고체 이온 교환물과 화학반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 점토 광물 기초 흡수제.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 고체이온 교환물의 이온 교환력(IUF)이 50 내지 120mVal/100g 특히 100 내지 1100mVal/110g인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 2항에 있어서, 이온 교환물이 무수조건의 흡수제 총량에 대해 0.5 내지 50% 특히 5 내지 10%로 사용하는 알칼리형 제올라이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
  4. 제 1 항 내지 3항중 한항에 있어서, 이온 교환물이 무수조건의 흡수제 총량에 대해 0.5 내지 5% 특히 0.5 내지 3%로 사용하는 나트륨형 제올라이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
  5. 제 1 항 내지 4항중 한항에 있어서, 출발물질인 액정 점토광물이 50중량%이상 특히 60 내지 130중량% 더더욱 90 내지 120중량%의 수분흡수량(6% 수분함량까지 건조된 물질에 있어서)의 벤토나이트 칼슘인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
  6. 제 1 항 내지 5항중 한항에 있어서, 수분흡수량이 출발물질로 사용하는 액정 점통 광물보다 20%이상 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
  7. 제 1 항 내지 6항중 한항에 있어서, 건조상태의 수분 함량이 4-12 특히 4-10중량%이고 수분 흡수광은(잔류수분이 6%인 건조물질에서) 100%이상 특히 150%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
  8. 제 1 항 내지 7항중 한항에 있어서, 다른 통상의 동물 깔짚 첨가제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
  9. 제 1 항 내지 8항중 한항에 있어서, 입자크기가 0.5 내지 10mm 특히 2 내지 6mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
  10. 제 1 항 내지 9항중 한항에 있어서, 하나이상의 탈취제나 동물 허용제제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
  11. 제 1 항 내지 10항중 한항에 있어서, 습윤상태의 액정점토 광물은 알칼리성 고체 이온 교환물과 함께 반죽하여 균질화하고 이 혼합물을 건조 및 절단하는 방법으로 제조한 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
  12. 제 1 항 내지 11항중 한항에 있어서, 반죽시 에너지 소모량이 2-10 특히 3-6KWh/톤 반죽혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
  13. 제 1 항 내지 11항중 한항에 있어서, 출발혼합물의 수분함량이 20-40 특히 25-35중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
  14. 애완동물 특히 고양이의 깔짚용으로 액체 흡수물로 사용할 제 1 항 내지 11항에 따르는 흡수제의 용도.
