Abstract

저 용적중량과 고 흡수율의 스멕타이트 및 셀룰로오스-함유물질 기초의 흡수제 제조방법을 설명한다. 이 방법은 스멕타이트와 분쇄된 셀룰로오스-함유 원료물질의 습윤혼합물을 밀착 전단작용과 압출 작용하에 혼합하고 건조 및 입상화한다.

Claims (14)

  1. 스메타이트와 셀룰로오스 함유 1차 원료로된 습윤혼합물을 밀착 전단작용과 후속 압출작용으로 처리하고 건조 및 입상화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스멕타이트 및 저 용적중량의 셀룰로오스-함유 물질기초의 흡수제 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전단한 목질재료 또는 식물성 원료인 다른 셀룰로오스-함유 물질을 셀룰로오스-함유 1차 원료로 사용하는 것을 특징을 하는 흡수제 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 2 내지 10 특히 3 내지 6KWh/ton의 전력소모량으로 스멕타이트와 셀룰로오스-함유물질을 강한 전단 작용으로 서로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제 제조방법
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 한항에 있어서, 수분함량이 10 내지 40 특히 20 내지 30중량%인 셀룰로오스-함유 1차 원료를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제 제조방법
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무수중량 기초로 스멕타이트와 셀룰로오스 함유 1차원료의 비율이 3.6 내지 12.1 특히 4.2 내지 6.8:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제 제조방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 한항에 있어서, 알칼리나 알칼리 토류 벤토나이트를 스멕타이트로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제 제조방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 한항에 있어서, 무수흡수제는 0.1 내지 10mm 특히 1 내지 5mm정도의 입자크기로 입상화하며 2 내지 5mm의 입자크기는 70중량% 이상이고, 1 내지 2mm의 입자크기는 30중량%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제 제조방법.
  8. 스멕타이트와 입자형 분쇄 셀룰로오스-함유 1차원료를 함유하고 수분함량은 15중량%이하이고 제1항 내지 7항의 방법으로 수득할 수 있는 흡수제.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 셀룰로오스-함유 1차원료는 절단된 목질 또는 식물원료의 다른 셀룰로오스-함유 물질을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 60 내지 90 특히 68 내지 84중량% 스멕타이트, 5 내지 25 특히 10내지 20중량%의 셀룰로오스-함유 1차원료(각각 무수물질) 또한 5내지 15 특히 6 내지 12중량%의 물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
  11. 제8항내지 10항중 한항에 있어서, 용적중량은 400-800g/1 특히 550-700g/1이고 수분함량은 100-200% 특히 110-150%인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
  12. 제8항 내지 11항에 있어서, 유기흡수제와 함께 공지의 흡수제로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
  13. 제8항 내지 12항에 있어서, 백산안료, 살균제 및 동물수용제로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
  14. 제8항 내지 13항중 한항에 따른 흡수제를 가축 특히 고양이 같은 애완동물의 깔짚이나 액체흡수제로 충전물을 사용하는 용도.
