Abstract

본 발명은 권선 작업의 시간을 단축시킴과 동시에 편향 요크의 생산 비용을 절감시키는 것을 목적으로 한다.
권선부재를 권회해야 할 부재의 권선 부위가 떨어져 있는 경우에는 각 권선 부위에 관련되어 각각 상기 가이드 수단(20,21)이 설치되도록 편향 요크의 권선 장치(10)을 구성한다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 권선 장치의 한 실시예를 도시한 개략 사시도.

Claims (4)

  1. 편향 요크를 구성하는, 권선부재를 권회해야 할 부재의 권선 부위가 떨어져 있는 경우에 각 권선 부위에 관련되어 각각 권선부재를 안내하는 가이드 수단이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 편향 요크의 권선 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 상기 가이드 수단이 각각 180도의 반전 기능을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 편향 요크의 권선 장치.
  3. 편향 요크의 선부재를 권회해야 할 부재의 권선 부위가 떨어져 있는 경우에 각 권선 부위에 관련되어 각각 설치된 가이드 수단이 각 권선 부위에 권선부재를 각각 안내하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편향 요크의 권선 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서 상기 가이드 수단이 각각 180도의 반전해서 각 권선부위에 권선부재를 안내하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편향 요크의 권선 방법.
