Abstract

본 발명은 브이씨알의 브레이크 장치에 관한 것으로, 공급될(1)의 일측에 공급릴 소프트 브레이크(3)와 공급될 메인 브레이크(4)가 동일한 공급될 브레이크 샤프트(16)로 축착되고, 공급릴 소프트 브레이크(3)와 공급릴 메인 브레이크(4)를 서로 반대 방향으로 탄력지지하여 공급릴(1)에 밀착시키는 공급릴 브레이크 스프링(18)이 결합되며, 권취릴(2)축에도 권취릴 소프트 브레이크(13)와 권취릴 메인 브레이크(10)가 동일한 권취릴 브레이크 샤프트(17)로 축착되고, 권취릴 소프트 브레이크(13)와 권취릴 메인 브레이크(10)를 서로 반대 방향으로 탄력 지지하여 권취릴(2)에 밀착시키는 권취릴 브레이크 스프링(19)이 결합된 구성으로 되어 있으며, 이러한 본 발명의 브레이크 장치는 공급릴 소프트 브레이크(3)와 공급릴 메인 브레이크(4)를 하나의 공급릴 브레이크 샤프트(16)로 축착하고, 권취릴 소프트 브레이크(13)와 권취릴 메인 브레이크(10)를 하나의 권취릴 브레이크 샤프트(17)로 축착하여 샤프트의 수를 절감하고, 또한, 공급릴(1)측 브레이크와 권취릴(2)측 브레이크를 각각 하나의 스프링으로 탄력지지하므로 스프링의 수를 절감할 수 있으며, 이에따라 제품의 원가 절감에 기여하고, 조립성을 향상하는 이점이 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 공급릴(1)의 일측에 공급릴 소프트 브레이크(3)와 공급될 메인 브레이크(4)가 동일한 공급될 브레이크 샤프트(16)로 축착되고, 공급릴 소프트 브레이크(3)와 공급릴 메인 브레이크(4)를 서로 반대 방향으로 탄력지지하여 공급릴(1)에 밀착시키는 공급릴 브레이크 스프링(18)이 결합되며, 권취릴(2)축에도 권취릴 소프트 브레이크(13)와 권취릴 메인 브레이크(10)가 동일한 권취릴 브레이크 샤프트(17)로 축착되고, 권취릴 소프트 브레이크(13)와 권취릴 메인 브레이크(10)를 서로 반대 방향으로 탄력 지지하여 권취릴(2)에 밀착시키는 권취릴 브레이크 스프링(19)이 결합되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 브이씨알의 브레이크 장치.
