Abstract

본 발명은 공업적으로 생산하는 장척포백의 풀빼기, 정련표백의 각처리를, 모두 기체계통에 의해 연속적으로 행하는 것을 목적으로 하는 사전처리방법 및 장치로서, 구체적으로는 저온플라즈마분위기를 유지하는 풀빼기정련공정과, 이 풀빼기정련공정에 이어서 오존과 자외선 조사분위기률 유지하는 표백공정을 구비한 풀빼기정련표백장치를 사용해서, 액체를 사용하는 일없이 기체계통만으로 풀빼기 정련표백을 완료시킬 수 있는 사전처리방법 및 장치를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 저온플라즈마분위기속에서 풀빼기정련처리를 행한 후, 오존분위기속에서 자외선을 조사해서 표백처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포백의 전처리방법.
  2. 소모기에 이어서 집진기, 드라이어, 저온플라즈마처리장치, 및 오존분위기속에서 포백을 행해서 자외선을 조사하는 표백장치를 순차적으로 배치해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 포백의 전처리장치.
