Abstract
혼할물을 형성하기 위해 곁합될때 서로 화학적으로 반응하는 2-성분 중합체 재료를 혼합하고 분배하기 위한 2-성분 혼합 및 분배 시스템은 적어도 하나의 성분이 혼합물의 경화 시간에 영향을 미치는 변수의 변화에 따라 분배기에 공급되는 압력을 조절하기 위한 조절기를 포함한다.

제1도는 본 발명을 구체화 하는 2-송분 혼합 및 분배 시스템의 개략도,
제2도는 제1도의 시스템에 있는 정적 혼합기의 단면도,
제3도는 경화 재료를 완전히 제거한 상태의 정적 혼합기를 도시한 제2도의 3-3선을 따라 취한 단면도,
제4도는 경화 재료층이 혼합기 벽에 수집되는 혼합기의 작동 주기후 외에는 제3도와 유사한 도면.
Claims (10)
- 결합될 때 서로 화학적으로 반응하는 적어도 두가지의 다른 중합체 재료를 혼합하고 분배하기 위한 혼합 및 분배 시스템에 있어서, 복수개의 액체 유동 입구와 하나의 출구를 갖는 분배기와, 혼합물을 형성하기 위해 분배기 내에서 서로 결합되는 다른 액체 중합체 재료를 상기 분배기의 액체 유동 입구 각각에 압력하에서 공급하기 위한 공급 수단 및, 상기 분배기를 통하는 상기 재료의 유동이 종결될때 상기 분배기내에서 액체 재료 혼합물의 점성의 변화의 함수로써, 적어도 하나의 상기 액체 중합체 재료가 상기 분배기의 입구에 공급되는 압력을 조절하기 위한 제어 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합 및 분배 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어 수단은 상기 재료가 상기 분배기를 통해 유동될때 상기 입구 압력이 분배기에서 유지되는 압력의 예정 함수가 되도록, 상기 분배기를 통하는 재료의 유동이 종결된 후 상기 분배기에서 상기 각 중합체 재료의 입구 압력을 제어하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합·및 분배 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어 수단에 작동적으로 연결되어 있고, 혼할물의 점성이 예정 레벨을 초과하는 경우에 상기 분배기를 통하는 상기 액체 중합체 재료의 유동이 회복전에 상기 분배기로부터 상기 액체 재료의 혼합물을 퍼어징 하기 위한 퍼어지 수단도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합 및 분배 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 퍼어지 수단은 상기 분배기를 통하는 상기 액체 중합체 재료중 하나의 유동을 플러싱 하는 반면에, 상기 분배기 없이 상기 재료중 적어도 부분적으로 경화된 혼합물을 가압하기 위해 다른 액체 중합체 재료의 유동을 종결시키는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합 및 분배 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 액체 중합체 재료의 혼합물은 분배기의 내벽을 따라 경화층을 형성하고, 상기 퍼어지 수단은 상기 경화층이 상기 내벽에 접착되는 전단 강도를 감소시키기 위해 상기 분배기를 가열하는 수단과 상기 액체 중합체 재료중 하나의 유동을 상기 분배기안으로 도입하는 반면에 상기 중합체 재료중 다른 유동을 종결시키는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합 및 분배 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 공급 수단은 하나의 액체 중합체 재료의 소오스에 그리고 상기 분배기의 입구중 하나에 연결시키기 적합한 제1 펌핑 유닛과, 다른 액체 중합체 재료의 소오스에 그리고 상기 분배기의 입구중 다른 하나에 연결시키기 적합한 제2펌핑 유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합 및 분배 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제어 수단은 적어도 하나의 제1및 제2펌핑 유닛과 상기 분배기 사이에 연결되어 있으며, 적어도 하나의 액체 중합체 재료가 상기 분배기에 공급되는 압력을 조장하기 위한 압력 조정기 수단과, 상기적어도 하나의 액체 중합체 재료가 상기 분배기내에 형성된 혼합물의 점성의 변화에 따라 상기 분배기에 공급되는 압력을 변화시키기 위해 상기 압력 조정기 수단을 조절하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합 및 분배 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 압력 조정기 수단을 조절하는 수단은, 상기 분배기를 통하는 상기 액체 중합체 재료의 유동이 종결되는 동안의 시간의 길이를 결정하기 위한 수단, 상기 분배기내에서 상기 혼합물의 온도 변화를 감지하기 위한 수단 및, 상기 분배기에 공급된 상기 액체 중합체 재료의 비율을 결정하기 위한 수단중 적어도 하나의 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수단중 적어도 하나의 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합 및 분배 시스템.
- 결합될때 서로 화학적으로 반응하는 적어도 두가지의 다른 중합체 재료를 혼합하고 분배하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 분배기로부터 방출되는 혼합물을 형성하기 위해 분배기 내에서 결합되는 다른 액체 중합체 재료를 분배기에 압력하에서 공급하는 단계, 분배기로부터 혼합물의 유동을 종결시키는 단계 및, 분배기로부터 혼합물 유동의 회복전에 분배기내에서 혼합물 점성의 변화의 함수로써 적어도 하나의 액체 중합체 재료가 분배기에 공급되는 압력을 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합 및 분배 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 압력을 조절하기 위한 상기 단계는 적어도 하나의 액체 중합체 재료가 하기에 기술된 것중 즉, 분배기로부터 혼합물의 유동이 재생되기전에 상기 혼합물이 분배기내에 남아 있는 동안의 시간과, 액체 중합체 재료가 분배기에 공급되는 비율 및, 분배기내에서 혼합물의 온도중 적어도 하나의 함수로써 분배기에 공급되는 압력을 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
