Abstract

적층 세라믹 콘덴서는 도전체로서 실질적으로 단결정인 금속분말로 구성되는 내부전극을 가지며, 이 분말은 적어도 1종의 금속염을 함유하는 용액을 분무하여 액방울을 형성하고 이 액방울을 금속염의 분해온도보다 높은 온도 또한 금속의 용융점보다 높은 온도로 가열함으로써 제조한다.
금속의 용융점보다 낮은 온도에서 산화물을 형성하는 경우에는 액방울을, 산화물의 분해온도보다 높은 온도로 가열한다.
이 적층 콘덴서는 세라믹재에 크랙발생이 없다.

적층 세라믹 콘덴서

제1도는 본 발명의 실시예와 비교예의 온도와 부피증가율과의 관계를 나타내는 그래프로서, 곡선 A는 본 발명에 의한 실시예의 중량증가를 나타내는 곡선이고, 곡선 B는 비교예의 중량증가를 나타내는 곡선.

Claims (5)

  1. 적어도 1종의 금속염을 함유하는 용액을 분무하여 액방울을 형성하고 이 액방울을 금속염의 분해온도보다 높은 온도 또한 금속의 용융점보다 높은 온도로 가열함으로써 제조되는 실질적으로 단결정인 금속분말을 도전체로서 구성하는 내부 전극을 가지는 적층세락믹 콘덴서.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 금속염 금속이 용융점보다 낮은 온도에서 산화물을 형성할 때, 액방울은, 산화물의 분해온도보다 높은 온도로 가열하여 실질적으로 단결정 금속분말을 도전체로서 부여하는 적층세라믹 콘덴서.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 금속염은 2종이상의 금속염의 혼합물이고, 도전체는 합금으로 형성된 적층세라믹 콘덴서.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속염은 팔라듐염, 은염, 니켈염 및 구리염으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종인 콘덴서.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속염은 질산팔라듐, 질산은, 질산니켈 및 질산구리로부터 선택된 적어도 1종인 콘덴서.
