Abstract
적층 세라믹 콘덴서는 도전체로서 실질적으로 단결정인 금속분말로 구성되는 내부전극을 가지며, 이 분말은 적어도 1종의 금속염을 함유하는 용액을 분무하여 액방울을 형성하고 이 액방울을 금속염의 분해온도보다 높은 온도 또한 금속의 용융점보다 높은 온도로 가열함으로써 제조한다.
금속의 용융점보다 낮은 온도에서 산화물을 형성하는 경우에는 액방울을, 산화물의 분해온도보다 높은 온도로 가열한다.
이 적층 콘덴서는 세라믹재에 크랙발생이 없다.

제1도는 본 발명의 실시예와 비교예의 온도와 부피증가율과의 관계를 나타내는 그래프로서, 곡선 A는 본 발명에 의한 실시예의 중량증가를 나타내는 곡선이고, 곡선 B는 비교예의 중량증가를 나타내는 곡선.
Claims (5)
- 적어도 1종의 금속염을 함유하는 용액을 분무하여 액방울을 형성하고 이 액방울을 금속염의 분해온도보다 높은 온도 또한 금속의 용융점보다 높은 온도로 가열함으로써 제조되는 실질적으로 단결정인 금속분말을 도전체로서 구성하는 내부 전극을 가지는 적층세락믹 콘덴서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속염 금속이 용융점보다 낮은 온도에서 산화물을 형성할 때, 액방울은, 산화물의 분해온도보다 높은 온도로 가열하여 실질적으로 단결정 금속분말을 도전체로서 부여하는 적층세라믹 콘덴서.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 금속염은 2종이상의 금속염의 혼합물이고, 도전체는 합금으로 형성된 적층세라믹 콘덴서.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속염은 팔라듐염, 은염, 니켈염 및 구리염으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종인 콘덴서.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속염은 질산팔라듐, 질산은, 질산니켈 및 질산구리로부터 선택된 적어도 1종인 콘덴서.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
