Abstract

본 발명은 냉장실의 식품을 항상 일정한 온도를 유지하여 신선도가 매우 좋도록 안출된 냉장고의 온도조절방법 및 장치로써 냉장고(1)의 내측 단열부재(2′)를 따라 냉장실(4)의 적소까지 냉기유입덕트(8)를 연통설치하고, 이를 함실(11)과 연결하며, 이 함실(11)내에 온도감지센서(!2)를 부설하여 팬(10)의 작동을 제어하도록 하는 한편, 냉동실(3)과 냉장실(4)을 구분하는 단열부재(2′) 내부에 공기를 유입하여 냉각기(6)를 거치도록 한 공기 순환로(13)(13′)를 각각 형성하고 냉장 공기순환로(13′)의 적소에 역류방지판(14)을 설치하여서 된 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 냉동실의 냉기순환이 냉동실(3)에서 냉동실 냉기 유출구(16), 사절판의 냉동냉기 통로(13), 냉각기(6), 냉동실(3)의 송풍팬(7), 냉동실(3)의 냉기 유입구(16), 냉동실(3) 순으로 이루어지는 한편, 냉장실(4)의 냉기순환은 냉장실(4)에서 역류방지판(14)이 설치된 냉장실(4)의 냉기 유출구(16′), 사절판의 냉장냉기통로(13′), 냉각기(6), 냉기유입덕트(8), 냉기 송풍팬(10), 냉장실의 냉기 유입구(15′), 냉장실(4) 순으로 이루어지도록 하고, 상기 냉동실과 냉장실의 냉기공급체계가 각기 독자적으로 운용되게 함을 특징으로 한 냉장고의 온도조절 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉동실(3) 냉기 송풍팬(7)은 냉동실(3)내에 설치된 온도감지장치와 마이콤에 의해 제어되도록 한 냉장고의 온도조절 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉장실(4)의 냉기 송풍팬(10)은 냉장실(4)에 설치된 온도감지장치(12)와 마이콤에 의해 제어되도록 한 냉장고의 온도 조절 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉장실(4)과 냉각기(6)의 구간에서 냉기 역류가 발생되지 않도록 함을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 온도조절방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉동실(3)을 냉장온도로 사용시 냉각기(6) 및 압축기를 냉장실(4)의 송풍팬(10)이 작동할 때에 작동하게 하는 냉각방법.
  6. 냉동실(3)과 단열재(2′)사이에 냉동실(3)의 송풍팬(7)을 설치하고, 그 하부에 냉각기(6) 및 제상히터(9)가 설치된 냉장고에 있어서, 캐비넷(2) 내벽을 따라 냉장실(4)의 함실(11)까지 냉기 유입덕트(8)를 연통 구성하고, 함실(11)에 송풍팬(10)과 온도 감지센서(12)를 부설하는 한편, 냉동실(3) 냉기통로(13)와 냉장실(4) 냉기통로(13')를 별도로 구비한 다음, 상기 냉장실(4)의 유출구(16′) 적소에 역류방지판(14)을 설치함을 특징으로 한 냉장고의 온도조절 장치.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 냉장실(4)의 유출구(16′)에 설치되는 역류방지판(14)은 본체(19)에 수개의 통공(17)이 천공되고, 그 상부에 통공(17)보다 큰 여러개의 고무편(20)이 한측이 일체로 된 상태로 구성하여 고정구(18)에 의해서 본체(19)에 일측이 고정 설치됨을 특징으로 한 냉장고의 온도조절 장치.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 냉기유입덕트(8)의 적소에 역류방지판(14′)을 설치함을 특징으로 한 냉장고의 온도조절장치.
