Abstract

본 발명은 가열조리실의 초기온도가 다를경우라도 피가열조리물의 종류를 정확하게 판정할 수 있도록 한 가열조리기에 관한 것으로, 제어회로(25)는 가스센서(17)로 부터의 출력에 의거 가스랑 변화율을 산출한다. 그리고 이 가스량 변화율 산출결과와 판정값을 비교해 피가열조리물의 종류를 판정하지만 제어회로(25)는 온도센서(19)의 온도검출결과에 따라 판정값을 미리 변경설정하기 때문에 초기온도에 따른 판정값에 의해 가스량 변화율을 판정할 수 있고 따라서 피가열 조리물의 종류를 정확하게 판정할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

제2도는 가열조리기의 종단측면도,
제3도는 제어내용을 나타낸 플로우챠트,
제4도는 제어내용을 나타낸 플로우챠트,
제5도는 초기온도가 100℃ 미만일 경우에 있어서 각 피가열조리물의 가스량 변화율을 나타낸 도면,
제6도는 초기온도가 100℃ 이상일 경우에 있어서 각 피가열조리물의 가스량 변화율을 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 가열조리실내에 수용된 피가열조리물을 가열하는 가열수단과, 가열조리실내의 가스량을 검출하는 가스센서와, 이 가스센서로 부터의 출력에 의거 가스량 변화율을 산출하는 변화율 산출수단과, 이 변화율산출수단에 의한 가스량 변화율 산출결과와 판정값을 비교해 피가열조리물의 종류를 판정하는 판정수단과, 상기 가열조리실내의 온도를 검출하는 온도센서와, 이 온도센서에 의한 온도검출결과에 따라 상기 판정값을 변경설정하는 변경설정수단을 구비해서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열조리기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가스센서는 알코올 및 수증기를 검출하는 것으로 소정시간내에 있어서 각각의 최대값 및 최소값을 검출하는 이 최대값 및 최소값에 의거 가스량 변화율을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열조리기.
