Claims (1)

  1. 습도검출기가 온도에 대응하는 전기신호를 유도하는 제1열 감지소자(2)의 비등점 또는 검출되어야 하는 증기의 그 이상의 점에 제1열 감지소자의 외부주위면을 가열하기 위한 수단과 수증기가 검출되어야 하는 대기온도 또는 그것에 가까운 온도에 대응하는 전기신호를 유도하는 제2열 감지소자(3)와 제1 및 제2열 감지소자부터의 전기신호를 비교하는 수단과를 가지고 그것에 의하여 수증기 검출특성이 제1열 감지소자의 가열온도의 변화를 통하여 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 습도검출기.
