Abstract

본 발명은 신규한 일반식(I)의 코르티코스테롤-21-알칸올 에테르, 그의 제조방법, 일반식(I)의 화합물을 함유하는 항염제 조성물 및 일반식(I)화합물의 항염제로서의 용도에 관한 것이다.
상기식에서, Z는 할로겐 또는 수소를 나타내고, M은 저급 알킬, 수소 또는 하이드록시를 나타내며, Y는 다가알콜의 에테르 잔기를 나타낸다.
본 발명에는 또한 일반식(I) 화합물의 제조용 신규한 중간체도 포함된다.

Claims (24)

  1. 다음 일반식(I)의 코르티코스테롤-21-알칸올 에테르 유도체.
    상기식에서, Z는 할로겐 또는 수소를 나타내고, M은 저급 알킬, 수소 또는 하이드록시를 나타내며, Y는 다가알콜의 에테르 잔기를 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Z가 불소 또는 수소이고 M은 메틸 또는 하이드록시이며, Y가 C2내지 C6알칸디올 또는 알칸트리올의 에테르 잔기인 일반식(I)의 화합물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, Y가 에틸렌 글리콜, 글리세롤, 프로필글리콜 또는 부틸렌글리콜의 에테르 잔기인 일반식(I)의 화합물.
  4. a)일반식(II)의 코르티코스테롤 화합물을 토실화제와 반응시켜 일반식(III)의 코르티코스테롤-21-토실레이트를 생성시키고, b)생성된 일반식(III)의 토실레이트 화합물을 다가 알콜과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(I)의 코르티코스테롤-21-알칸올 에테르를 제조하는 방법.
    상기 식에서, Z는 할로겐 또는 수소를 나타내고, M은 저급 알킬, 수소 또는 하이드록시를 나타내며, Y는 다가알콜의 에테르 잔기를 나타내고, R은 톨루엔 설포닐그룹이다.

  11. 제10항에 있어서, 촉매가 질소대기하의 수소화나트륨인 방법.
  12. a)일반식(II)의 코르티코스테롤 화합물을 토실화제와 반응시켜 일반식(III)의 코르티코스테롤-21-토실레이트를 생성시키고, b)생성된 일반식(III)의 토실레이트 화합물을 할로겐 화합물과 반응시켜 일반식(IV)의 코르티코스테롤-21-할로게나이드를 생성시키고, c)생성된 일반식(IV)의 할로게나이드 화합물을 다가 알콜과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(I)의 코르티코스테롤-21-알칸올 에테르를 제조하는 방법.
    상기 식에서, Z는 할로겐 또는 수소를 나타내고, M은 저급 알킬, 수소 또는 하이드록시를 나타내며, Y는 다가알콜의 에테르 잔기를 나타내고, R은 톨루엔 설포닐그룹이며, X는 할로겐을 나타낸다.
