Claims (6)

  1. 불소화 알코올을 촉매 존재하 약 90℃ 내지 약 260℃의 온도에서 알콕실화제와 접촉반응시킴으로써 불소화 알코올을 알콕실화시키는 방법에 있어서, 촉매로서, 하기 일반식들 중에서 선택된 일반식을 갖는 물질 하나이상을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    상기식에서, M은 갈륨, 인듐, 탈륨, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 알루미늄 및 티타늄중에서 선택된 금속이고 v는 1 내지 q-1이고, n은 1 내지 22이고; q는 M의 원자가와 같고, R은 각각, 수소, 불소, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기 또는 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알콕사이드기이고, R1은 각각 수소 또는 불소이며, X는 할로겐이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 약 100℃ 내지 약 200℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, M에 대한 HF, BF3또는 SiF4의 몰비가 약 0.1 내지 약 5.0인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 언급된 촉매를 HF/Al(OCnR1 2n+1)3및 HF/Ti(OCnR1 2n+1)4(여기서 1≤n≤20이고 R1은 수소 또는 불소이다)중에서 선택하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 언급된 촉매를 금속알킬과 반응시 알콕실화되는 알코올과 동일한 알코올로부터, 동일반응계내에서 형성시키는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 언급된 불소화 알코올을, 일반식 CmF2m+1(CH2)aOH(여기서, m은 3이상이고 a는 1 내지 12이다)중에서 선택하는 방법.
