새로운 아졸 화합물의 제조방법

Claims (1)

  1. 구조 Ⅱ와 같은 케톤을 용매나 희석제, 그리고 무기나 유기염기를 쓰기도 하여 0-100℃에서 구조 Ⅲ와 같은 W-아릴옥시알킬 할리드와 반응시키고 이로부터 형성된 Y가 CO그룹인 구조 Ⅰ의 화합물은 수소화촉매 존재하에 용매나 희석제를 쓰기도 하여 0-100℃에서 착하이드라이드나 수소로 처리되며 Y가CHOH그룹인 구조 Ⅰ의 2차알콜로 환원되거나 또는 0-100℃용매나 희석제, 그리고 마그네슘할리드나 테트라알킬암모늄할리드를 쓰기도 하여 구조 Ⅳ와 같은 그리냐드 화합물과 반응될 수 있으며 이에 형성된 알콜레이트는 다음에 3차 알콜로 가수분해되고, 이렇게 해서 얻어진 2차나 3차 알콜은 0-100℃에서 용매나 희석제, 무기나 유기염기, 그리고 아실화촉매를 쓰기도 하여 C1-C4염화알카노일이나 C1-C4알카노일 무수물과 반응하여 그의 에스테르로 되거나, 또는 그의 알칼리금속염이나 4차 암모늄염이 용매나 희석제, 무기나 유기염기, 그리고 반응가속제 쓰기도 하여 0-100℃에서 구조 Ⅴ의 알킬화 작용제와 반응하여 그의 에스테르로 되며 이와 같이 하여 얻어진 구조 Ⅰ의 화합물은 그의 산부가염이나 금속착화합물로 전환될 수 있는 특징이 있는 구조 Ⅰ과 같은 아졸화합물이 제조공정.
    윗 구조에서 X는 수소, C1-C4알복시, 트리플루오로메틸이나 페닐이고 m은 1-5사이의 정수, Z이 1보다 클 경우 X1는 같거나 다를 수 있으며 n은 2-5 사이의 정수 Z는 N이나, CH이고 Y는 CO이나 CR1OR2으로서 R1은 수소나 C1-C4-알킬이며 R2는 수소, C1-C4-알킬, C2-C4-알케닐, C2-C4-알키닐, 혹은 C1-C4-알카노일이고, Hal은 염소, 브롬, 혹은 요오드이며 구조 Ⅳ에서의 R1은 C1-C4-알킬이고, 구조 Ⅴ에서 R2은 C2-C4-알킬- C2-C4-알키닐이며 L은 친핵성의 이탈가능한 그룹이다.
