Abstract
힐 홀더는 차량 변속기의 중간축과 함께 작동되어 그 중간축을 일방향으로의 회전 운동은 허용하는 반면에 그 반대 방향으로의 회전 운동을 금지시킨다. 그 힐 홀더는 변속기의 벨 하우징의 후방 벽상에 중간축과 동축 관계로 지지된 원통형 하우징을 포함한다. 중간축을 하우징에 선택적으로 연결시키는 클러치 조립체는 중간축에 연결되어 함께 회전하는 허브부재를 포함한다. 이 클러치 조립체는 하우징에 대해 축방향으로 이동가능하지만, 회전할 수 없게 되어 있는 반발부재를 더 포함한다. 허브 부재와 반발 부재의 인접한 단부 면들위에 상응하게 경사진 형태의 치들이 형성된다. 반발 부재들, 치들이 결합되지 않을때 중간축이 어느 방향으로든 자유로이 회전할 수 있는 분리된 위치 및 추들이 결합되어 중간축이 한 방향으로만 회전될 수 있는 결합된 위치 사이에서 이동시키도록 유체 작용식 피스톤이 제공된다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따는 힐 홀더(hill holder)를 포함하는 차량 변속기의 부분 절단 측면도,
제2도는 제1도에 도시된 힐 홀더의 확대 단면도,
제3도는 제2도의 선3-3을 따라 취해진 단면도,
제4도는 제1도 내지 3도에 도시된 힐 홀더를 작동시키는 제어 시스템의 블럭 다이어그램이다.
Claims (9)
- 하우징, 통상시에 소정 회전 방향으로 회전하는 축, 및 축이 소정 회전 방향과 반대 방향으로 회전함을 금지 시키는 힐 홀더를 포함하는 차량 변속기로서, 상기축에 연결되어 그 축과 함께 회전하며, 하나 이상의 치들이 형성되어 있는 허브 부재, 상기 하우징에 연결되며, 하나 이상의 치들이 형성되어 있는 반발 부재. 및 상기 허브부재가 반대쪽 회전 방향으로 회전함을 금지시키도록 상기 허브 부재 치들과 상기 반발 부재 치들을 선택적으로 결합시키는 수단을 포함하는 차량 변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 허브 부재 치들과 상기 반발 부재 치들이 상기 허브 부재를 소정 회전 방향으로 회전할 수 있게 허용하는 한편으로 상기 치들이 결합될때 상기 허브 부재가 그 반대의 회전 방향으로 회전함을 금지시키는 형태로 되어 있는 차량 변속기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 허브 부재 치들과 상기 반발 부재 치들이 일반적으로 경사진 형태인 차량 변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 허브 부재에는 다수의 치들이 형성되어 있고 상기 반발 부재에도 다수의 치들이 형성되어 있으며, 선택적으로 결합시키는 상기 수단이 상기 허브 부재 치들과 상기 반발 부재 치들을 결합시킴으로써 상기 허브 부재가 반대의 회전 방향으로 회전함을 금지시키는 차량 변속기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 허브 부재 치들과 상기 반발 부재 치들이 상기 허브 부재를 소정 회전 방향으로 회전하도록 혀용하는 한편으로 상기 치들이 결합된때 상기 허브 부재가 그 반대의 회전 방향으로 회전함을 금지시키는 형태로 되어 있는 차량 변속기.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 허브 부재 치들과 반발 부재 치들이 경사진 형태인 차량 변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반발 부재가, 상기 허브 부재 치들이 상기 반발 부재 치들과 결합되어 상기 반발 부재를 반대쪽의 회전 방향으로 회전할 수 없게 하는 결합된 위치, 및 상기 허브 부재 치들이 상기 반발 부재 치들과 결합되지 않는 분리된 위치 사이에서 축방향으로 이동가능한 차량 변속기.
- 제7항에 있어서, 선택적으로 결합시키는 상기 수단이 상기 반발 부재를 결합 및 분리된 위치들 사이에서 이동시키는 수단을 포함하는 차량 변속기.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 반발 부재를 상기 분리된 위치에 해제가능하게 보유시키는 수단을 더 포함하는 차량 변속기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
