Abstract
시이트들이 전체적으로 균일하게 결합되고 복합 시이트가 형성되도록 니켈 시이트를 강철 시이트에 합판시키는, 접합부가 없는 실린더셸의 형성 방법이 개시되었다. 합판은 바람직하게는 폭발 합판법에 의해 수행한다. 이어서, 복합재 시이트를 바람직하게는 더 이상의 공정전에 원형 블랭크로 전달한 원형 블랭크를 그의 두개의 반대되는 표면상에 윤활제를 보유하도록 옥살산으로 예비 처리하고, 그후 윤활제로 광택을 낸다. 원형 블랭크를 바람직하게는 컵모양으로 만들고, 다시 윤할제를 바르고, 접합부가 없는 실린더는 셰로 인발한다.
접합부가 없는 실린더 셰의 한쪽 말단을 실린더 두부로 스피닝하고, 형성된 실린더 두부를 내부로 나사 절삭하고, 이어서 실린더를 열처리 함으로써 접합부가 없는 실린더 셸을 접합부가 없는 가스 실린더로 마무리할 수 있다.

Claims (7)
- 니켈 및 강철 시이트가 전체적으로 균일하게 결합되도록 니켈시이트를 강철 시이트에 합판시킴으로써 두개의 반대되는 표면을 갖는 복합시이트를 형성하고, 복합시이트의 두개의 반대되는 표면을 물리적으로 및 화학적으로 세척하여 오일, 토양, 스케일(scale), 산화물 및 스멋(smut)을 복합재로 부터 제거하고, 윤활제를 보유하도록 복합 시이트의 두개의 반대되는 표면을 예비처리하고, 이어서, 복합재의 두개의 반대되는 표면을 윤활제로 피복하고, 복합 시이트를 냉간 인발하여 접합부가 없는 실린더 셸을 제조하는 것을 포함하는, 가스 실린더를 제조하기에 적당한 접합부가 없는 실린더 셸의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 니켈 시이트를 상기 강철 시이트에 폭발에 의해 합판시킴으로써 니켈 및 강철 시이트를 합판시키는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 복합재의 두개의 반대되는 표면을 옥살산에 노출시킨으로써 예비처리하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합판 후 바로 복합재로 원형 블랭크로 형성함을 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 합판 후 바로 복합재로 원형 블랭크로 형성함을 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 냉간 인발 전에 원형 블랭크를 컵모양으로 만들고 다시 윤활제를 바르는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 니켈 및 강철 시이트를 롤 결합(roll bonding)에 의해 합판시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
