Abstract
피가공체 선단부에 손상을 입히는 것이 방지됨과 동시에 피가공체의 튀어오름이 방지되어 정지위치를 안정시킨다.
피가공체의 공급을 요구하는 처리장치가 가령 IC일 경우, 스토퍼(18C)가 상승하고, 센서(17C1)가 피가공체를 검출한 콘베이어(15C1)를 일시 정시킨후에 일정시간 회전시키거나 또는 콘베이어(15C1)를 슬로우다운시켜서 일정시간 또는 일정거리 회전시킨다.

Claims (2)
- 동일 종류의 처리장치를 복수대 구비하고, 각 처리장치에 공급되는 피가공체와 각 처리장치에 배출되는 피가공체를 1열의 운송라인으로 공유시키고, 상기 1열의 운송라인은 각 처리장치에 대응하여 각각 설치된 복수의 콘베이어로 구성되고, 또한 각 콘베이어는 각각 개개로 제어가능하며, 각 콘베이어부에는 피가공체를 위치결정하는 상하동 가능한 스토퍼와, 이 스토퍼의 피가공체 공급측에 설치되어 피가공체를 검출하는 센서가 설치된 운송장치에 있어서, 피가공체 공급을 요구하는 처리장치에 대응하는 콘베이어에 피가공체를 운송할 경우, 그 콘베이어부의 스토퍼가 상승하고, 그 콘베이부의 센서가 피가공체를 검출하면, 그 콘베이어를 일시정지시킨 다음에 일정시간 회전시키거나 또는 그 콘베이어를 슬로우다운시켜서 일정시간 또는 일정거리 회전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 운송방법.
- 동일 종류의 처리장치를 복수대 구비하고, 각 처리장치에 공급되는 피가공체가 각 처리장치에서 배출되는 피가공체를 1열의 운송라인으로 공유시키고, 상기 1열의 운송라인은 각 처리장치에 대응하여 각각 설치된 복수의 콘베이어로 구성하고, 또한 각 콘베이어는 각각 개개로 제어가능하며, 각 콘베이어부에는 피가공체를 위치결정하는 상하동 가능한 스토퍼와, 이 스토퍼의 피가공체 공급측에 설치되어 피가공체를 검출하는 센서가 설치된 운송장치에 있어서, 피가공체의 공급을 요구하는 처리장치에 대응하는 콘베이어에 피가공체를 운송할 경우, 그 콘베이어부의 스토퍼가 상승하고, 그 콘베이어부의 센서가 피가공체를 검출하면 그 콘베이어를 일시 정지시킨 후에 일정시간 회전시키거나 또는 그 콘베이어를 슬로으다운시켜서 일정시간 또는 일정거리 회전시키도록 제어하는 제어 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 운송제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
