Abstract

본 발명의 화상 가열 장치는, 전기 절연 기판과, 전력이 공급되었을때 열을 발생시키는 상기 기판 상의 전기 저항층과, 은 합금층과 이온 합금층 보다 저항치가 낮은 도전층을 포함하는 상기 저항 층과의 접촉을 위한 터미널 전극을 포함하는 가열기와; 기록 재료와 함께 이동하면서 상기 가열기 상을 미끄러져 나갈때 기록 재료상에 화상을 가열시키기 위한 가열기로부터 열을 전달시키는 필름과; 상기 은 합금층에 소정의 접촉 압력으로 가압 접촉되는 전력 공급 커넥터를 포함한다.

Claims (11)

  1. 화상 가열 장치에 있어서, 전기 절연 기판과, 전력이 공급되었때 열을 발생시키는 상기 기판 상의 전기 저항 층과, 은 합금 층과 이 은 합금 층 보다 저항치가 낮은 도전층을 포함하는 상기 저항 층과의 저촉을 위한 터미널 전극을 포함하는 가열기와; 기록 재료와 함께 이동하면서 상기 가열기 상을 미끄러져 나갈 때 기록 재료상에 화상을 가열시키기 위해 상기 가열기로부터 열을 전달시키는 필름과; 상기 은 합금층에 소정의 접촉 압력으로 가압 접촉되는 전력 공급 커넥터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 가열 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전력 공급 커넥터가 분리가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 가열 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전력 공급 커넥터가 상기 도전층과 접촉하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 가열 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도전층이 은으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 가열 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 은 합금 층이 상기 도전층 상에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 가열 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전극과 커넥터가 상기 기판의 각 단부에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 가열 장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 커넥터가 전기 도전성 스프링을 포함하고, 상기 전기 도전성 스프링은 상기 은합금 층과 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 가열 장치.
  8. 전기 절연 기판과, 전력이 공급되었을 때 열을 발생시키기 위한 상기 기판상의 저항기와, 상기 저항기에 전력을 공급하는 전극을 포함하며, 상기 전극은 상기 전력 공급 커넥터가 가압 접촉되는 은 합금 층과 이 은 합금 층 보다 저항치가 낮은 도전층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열기.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 도전층이 은으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 가열기.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 은 합금 층이 상기 도전층 상에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가열기.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 전극이 상기 기판의 각 단부에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 가열기.
