Abstract
전원장치(54)로부터 전기 반응층과 전기 접촉하는 적어도 하나의 전극에 전류를 전달할 수 있는 전기 반응층(24)을 갖춘 박막 디바이스(10)의 한 에지에 배치하기 위해 구성되는 전기 접촉기, 이 접속기는 전기 전도성 접착제(32, 34)가 도포되는 것이 바람직한 절연체의 표면에서 전기 전도부(28, 30)를 갖춘 가요성 절연체(26)를 구비한다. 상기 절연체의 적어도 일부는 상기 전기 반응층(24)의 일부분내로 삽입되도록 구성된다.

Claims (10)
- 전기 반응층을 갖춘 박막 디바이스의 한 에지에 배치되도록 구성되며, 전원장치로부터 전기 반응층과 전기적으로 접촉하는 적어도 하나의 전극으로 전류를 전달하도륵 구성되는 전기 접속기에 있어서, 박막 디바이스의 전극과 전윈장치 사이에 전기적 접촉을 형성하도록 구성된 전기 전도부를 적어도 한 표면에 갖추고, 적어도 그 일부가 상기 디바이스의 전기 반응층의 일부내로 삽입되도록 구성되는 가요성 절연체와, 상기 절연체의 전기 전도부와 전기적으로 접촉하고 전원장치와의 전기적 접촉을 형성하도록 구성되는 접속 수단을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전극과의 전기 접촉을 형성하도록 전극에 인접하게 배치되도록 구성된 상기 절연체의 전기 전도부에 도프되는 전기 전도성 접착제를 추가로 포함하고, 상기 전기 전도성 접착제는 전기 전도 입자 아래 영역의 전극에서의 열 생성을 최소화하면서 전류 전달을 보장하도록 상기 전기 전도성 입자와 상기 디바이스의 전극 사이의 유효 접촉 영역이 충분히 높은 접착 매트릭스를 통해 분산되는 전기 전도성 입자를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접속기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 접착제는 압력 감응 접착제, 열 용융 접착제, 열경화성 접착제 또는 열가소성 접착제를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연체는 폴리에스테르, 폴리이미드, 폴리에테르 이미드, 폴리(페닐렌옥사이드), 폴리술폰 또는 폴리에테르 에테르 케톤 피막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연체의 상기 전기 전도부는 상기 절연체 표면의 적어도 일부와 접촉하는 적어도 하나의 금속 스트림을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접속기.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 금속 스트립은 상기 절연체 표면의 적어도 일부분을 금속화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접속기.
- 전기 반응층과; 상기 전기 반응층 너머로 연장되고 상기 전기 반응층으로 전류를 전달하도록 구성되는 적어도 하나의 전극과; 디바이스의 한 에지를 따라 배치되고 전원장치로부터 상기 전극에 전류를 전달하도록 구성되는 전기 접속기를 구비한 박막 디바이스에 있어서, 상기 전기 접속기는 상기 전극과 전원장치 사이에 전기적 접촉을 형성하도록 구성된 전기 전도부를 적어도 한 표면에 갖고, 적어도 그 일부가 상기 디바이스의 상기 전기 반응층의 일부분내로 삽입되도록 구성되는 가요성 절연체와, 상기 전극과의 전기 접촉을 형성하도록 상기 전극에 인접한 상기 절연체의 전기 전도부에 형성되고, 전기 전도성 입자 아래 영역의 상기 전극에서의 열 형성을 최소화하면서 전류의 전달을 보장하도록 상기 전기 전도 입자와 상기 전극 사이의 유효 접촉 영역이 충분히 높은 접착제 매트릭스를 통해 분산된 전기 전도성 입자를 포함하는 전기 전도성 접착제와, 상기 절연체의 전기 전도부와 전기적으로 접촉하고 전원장치와의 전기적 접촉을 형성하도록 구성되는 접속 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 디바이스.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 디바이스는 전자-광 디바이스인 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 디바이스.
- (a)전기 반응 PDLC 층과; (b) 상기 전기 반응층으로 전류를 전달하도록 구성되는 적어도 하나의 투명한 전극과; (c)전자-광 디바이스의 한 에지를 따라 배치되고 전원장치로부터 상기 전극으로 전류를 전달하도록 구성되는 전기접속기로서, 상기 전극과 전원장치 사이에 전기 접속을 형성하도록 구성된 전기 전도부를 적어도 하나의 표면에 갖추고, 적어도 그 일부가 상기 전자-광 디바이스의 전기 반응층의 일부로 삽입되도록 구성되는 가요성 박막 절연체와, 상기 절연체의 전기 전도부와 전기적으로 접촉하고 전원장치와의 전기적 접촉을 형성하도록 구성되는 접속 수단을 구비한 전기 접속기와; (d) 상기 전기 반응층과 상기 전극을 삽입하는 한쌍의 그래스 시트를 포함하고, 상기 전기 접속기는 상기 접속 수단과 상기 절연체의 일부 및 그 관련된 전기 전도부가 상기 시트의 적어도 한 에지 너머로 놓여질 수 있도록 구성되고 이에 따라 전원장치와의 전기 접촉이상기 시트의 적어도 한 에지 너머까지 형성되며; (e) 전류를 공급하기 위한 라인 동작 제로 크로스 파워 스위치를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 전자-광 디바이스.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 전극과 결합하여 전기 접촉할 수 있도록 상기 전극에 인접한 상기 절연체의 전기 전도부에 도포되는 가요성의 전기 전도성 접착제를 추가로 포함하는데, 상기 전기 전도성 접착제는 전기 전도성 입자 아래 영역의 상기 전극에서의 열생성을 최소화하면서 전류의 전달을 보장하도록 전기 전도성 입자와 상기 전극 사이의 유효 접촉 영역이 충분히 높은 접착제 매트릭스를 통해 분산된 전기 전도성 입자를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 전자-광 디바이스.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
