Abstract

높은 당질 농도외 영양 배지를 특정의 저점도 범위로 유지하여 연속 배양함으로써 보다 생산성 높은 공업적으로 유리한 풀룰란 고함유물과 그 제조 방법 및 용도를 확립하였다.
본 발명은 풀룰란 생성능을 가진 미생물를 당질 농도 10~20w/v% 함유하는 영양 배지에서 이 배지의 점도를 30센티포이즈 이하로 유지하면서 연속 배양하여 얻어진 평균 분자량 250,000 이하의 풀룰란 고함유물과 그 제조 방법 및 이것을 함유시킨 중점제, 코우팅제, 접착제 및 성형물, 혹은 음식물, 화장품, 의약품, 농림수축산 자재, 종이 가공 자재 및 광공업 자재 등에의 용도를 구성으로 한다.

Claims (19)

  1. 풀룰란 생성능을 가진 미생물을 당질 농도 10∼20w/v%로 함유하는 영양 배지에서 이 배지의 점토를- 30센티 포이즈 이하로 유지하면서 언속 배양하고. 수득한 풀룰란 고함유물을 회수함으로써 제조되는 평균 분자량 250,000 이하의 풀를란을 함유하는 푿룰란 고함유물,
  2. 제1항에 있어서. 상기 풀룰란 고함유물의 풀룰란 함유량이 건조 고형물 중량 기준으로 약 50w/w% 이상인 풀룰란 고함유물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 당질은 글루코오스. 푸럭토오스, 수크로오스, 말토오스, 말토올리고당류, 이소말토올리고 당류, 전분 가수분해물. 당화 전분, 전화당, 이성화당 및 당밀로 된 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 풀룰란 고함유물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서. 연속 배양을 호기적 조건하에서 실시하는 풀룰란 고함유물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서. 연속 배양을 PH 4.0 이하에서 실시하는 풀룰란 고함유물
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 연속 배양은 풀룰란을 부분적으로 가수 분해하는 아밀라아제의 공존하에 실시하는 풀룰란 고함유물
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 아밀라아제는 액화형 걸-아밀라아제와 이소아밀라아제로 된 군으로 부터 선택되는 것인 풀룰란 함유물.
  8. 풀룰란 생성능을 가진 미 생물을 당질 농도 10∼20w/w% 함유하는 영 양 배 지 에서 이 배지의 점도를 30 센티포이즈 이하로 유지하면서 연속 배양하여 영양 배지중에 풀룰린 조생성 축적시키고, 수득한 풀룰란 고함유물을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 풀룰란 고함유물의 제조 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 풀룰란 고함유물의 풀룰란 함유량이 건조 고형물 중량 기준으로 약 50w/w% 이상인 제조 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서. 당질은 글루코오스, 푸럭토오스, 수크로오스, 말토오스, 말토올리고당류. 이소말토올리 고당류. 전분 가수 분해물, 당화 전분, 전화당, 이성화당 및 당밀로 된 군으로 부터 선택되는 것인 제조 방법.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 연속 배양을 호기적 조건하에서 실시하는 제조 방법.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 연속 배양출 호기적 조정하에서 실시하는 제조 방법.
  13. 제8항에 있어서. 연속 양은 풀룰란을 부분적으로 가수 분해하는 아밀라아제의 공중하에 실시하는 제조 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 아밀라아제는 액화형 α-아밀라아제와 이소아밀라아제로 된 군으로 부터 선택되는 것인 제조 방법.
  15. 플룰란 생성능을 가진 미생물을 당질 농도 10∼20w/v%함유하는 영양 배지에서 이 배지의 정도를 30센티포즈 이하로 유지하면서 연속 배양하고. 수득한 플룰란 고함유물을 회수함으로써 제조되는 평균 분자량 250,000이하의 풀룰란 고함유물을 함유하는 조성물
  16. 제15항에 있어서. 조성물은 증점제. 코우팅제. 접착제, 성형물, 음식물, 화장품. 의약품, 농림 수산 자재. 종이 가공 자재 및 광공업 자재로 된 군으로 부터 선택되는 것인 조성물.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 다가 알코올을 추가로 함유하는 조성물.
  18. 제17항에 있어서. 다가 알코올을 글리세린, 소르비톨, 말티톨 및 락티톨로 된 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 조성물.
  19. 제17항에 있어서. 조성물은 증점제. 코우팅제. 접착제 및 성형물로 된 군으로 부터 선택되는 것인 조성물.
