Abstract

유연성이 뛰어나고, 융착상태가 양호하며, 또한 인장파단시 강도 및 신장이 크고 우수한 성형체를 얻는데 유효한 폴리에틸렌렌 수지 여비 발포입자를 제공하는 것이다.
발명의 구성은 밀도가 0.88∼0.915g/㎠이고 멜트인덱스가 0.1∼20g/10분인 무가교 직쇄상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌을 기재수지로 하는 폴리에틸렌계 수지 여비 발포입자.

Claims (6)

  1. 밀도가 0.88∼0.915g/㎠이고, 멜트인덱스가 0.1∼20g/10분인 무가교직쇄상 초저밀도 폴리에틸렌을 기초재료로 하는 폴리에틸렌계 수지 여비발포입자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 시차주사열랑계로 10℃/분의 승온속도로 270℃가지 승온한 때에 얻어지는 흡열곡선에 있어서 고온측과 저온측의 적어도 2개의 흡열 피크를 가지는 폴리에틸렌계 수지 여비발포입자.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 흡열 곡선이 가장 고온측의 피크온도와 가장 저온측의 피크온도와의 온도차가 10℃ 이상인 폴리에틸렌계 수지 여비발포입자.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 내압용기내에서 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자를 물에 분산시켜 이 내압용기내에 휘발성 발포제를 넣어 그 수지입자의 융점 근방의 온도로 가열하고 그 발포제의 증기압 이상의 가압하에서 그 수지입자에 그 발포제를 함침시킨 후, 내압용기내의 온도 및 압력을 일정하게 유지하면서 그 수지입자와 물과의 혼합물을 내압 용기내보다도 저압 영역으로 방출시키는 방법으로 제조되는 폴리에틸렌계 수지 여비발포입자.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 시차주사열량계로 10℃/분의 승온속도로 200℃가지 승온한때 얻어지는 홉열 곡선에 있어서 그 흡열곡선이 고온측과 저온측에 적어도 2개의 흡열 피크를 가지는 폴리에틸렌계 수지 여비발포입자.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 흡열곡선의 가장 고온측의 피크온도가 가장 저온측의 피크온도와의 온도차가 10℃ 이상인 폴리에틸렌계 수지 여비발포입자.
