Abstract

본 발명은 다음 일반식의 새로운 (2-아릴-2-치환)에틸-1,2,4-트리아졸들, 농경학적으로 수용될 수 있는 그들의 거울상 이성질체들, 산부가염들 및 금속염 착물들에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 화합물들은 광범위 고활성 침투성 살균재들로서 유용하다.

Claims (12)

  1. 다음 일반식 (I)의 화합물, 그의 농경학적으로 수용될 수 있는 거울상 이성질체들, 산부가염들, 및 금속염 착물들.
    상기 일반식 (I)에서, Ar은 임의 치환된 페닐, 나프틸, 피리딜, 티에닐 또는 푸릴이고: Z는 (C2-C12) 알킬, 할로알킬, 시클로알킬, 시클로알킬알킬, 아릴, 또는 아랄킬이고, Q는 트리아졸릴이고; X는 -NC, -CH2N≡C, -CHO, -CON3, -CH=NOR, -CH2NHCHO, -NHCHO, -NHCOCH3, -NHC02R, -NHCONHR, NH2, -CH=CR2, -N=CR2, -NCO, -NO2, 또는이되, 여기서 R은 H 또는 저급 알킬이다.

  3. 제2항에 있어서, Ar은 비치환 페닐 또는 4위치가 클로로, 브로모, 플루오로, 또는 트리플루오로메틸로 치환된 페닐이고: Z는 (C2-C6)알킬, 페닐, 벤질, 페네틸, 또는 모노클로로-치환 페닐, 벤질, 또는 페네틸이고; R은 H인 화합물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, Z가 (C2-C6) 알킬인 화합물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, X가 -N≡C, -CH2N≡C, -CHO, -CON3, -CH=NOH, -CH2NHCHO, -NHCHO, NH2, -CH=CH2, 및 -NHCOCH3로부터 선택된 것인 화합물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 2-(4-클로로페닐)-1-(1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일)-2-헥실이소시아나이드인 화합물.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 2-(4-클로로페닐)-2-[(1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일)메틸]헥실이소시아나이드인 화합물.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 2-(4-클로로페닐)-1-(1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일)-2-헥실아민인 화합물 .
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 2-(4-클로로페닐)-2-[(1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일)메틸) 헥산알인 화합물.
  10. 제5항에 있어서, 3-(4-클로로페닐)-3-[(1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일)메틸]-1-헵텐인 화합물.
  11. 농경학적으로 수용될 수 있는 담체 및 살균 유효량의 청구범위 1항의 화합뭍을 함유하는 살균제 조성물 .
  12. 살균 유효량의 청구범위 1항의 화합물을 구제가 소망되는 영역에 적용하는 것으로 구성되는 균의 구제 방법.
