Abstract

(목적) 커넥터를 부착시키는 볼트를 회로의 일부로 한, 부품 점수가 적고 고밀도 장착에 적합한 2기판 접속용 동축 커넥터를 제공한다.
(구성) 관통 구멍(28)을 가진 하우징(26)이 회로 기판(2)에 배치된다. 수단자(22)는 하우징(26)내에 유지되어 접지용 도체(18)에 접속된다. 다른 관통구멍(68)을 가진 하우징(66)이 회로기판(4)에 배치되어 있다. 암단자(62)는 하우징(66)내에 유지되어 접지용 도체(19)에 접속된다. 회로기판(2,4)에는 신호용 도체(16,17)가 형성되고, 볼트(6)가 양 하우징 (26,66)을 감합시켜 회로기판(2,4)을 접속함과 동시에, 볼트(6)가 양 회로 기판(2,4)의 신호용 도체(16,17)를 전기적으로 접속한다.

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 2기판 접속용 동축 커넥터의 양호한 실시예의 종단면도,
제2A도는 본 발명에 의한 2기판 접속용 동축 커넥터의 한편의 암형 커넥터의 평면도,
제2B도는 제2A도에 도시된 암형 커텍터의 정면도,
제2C도는 제2A도에 도시된 암형 커렉터의 정면에서 본 종단면도,
제3A도는 본 발명에 의한 2기판 접속용 동축 커넥터의 다른편의 수형 커넥터의 평면도,
제3B도는 제3A도의 수형 커넥터의 정면도, 제3C도는 제3A도의 수형 커넥터의 정면에서 본 종단면도,
제4도는 본 발명의 2기판 접속용 동축 커넥터의 사용예를 도시하는 사시도.

Claims (5)

  1. 서로 거의 평행하게 대응하는 위치에 구멍이 형성된 2개의 기판과, 2개의 기판의 대향면의 상기 구멍의 주위에 각각 동심 형상으로 형성된 통형상 단자와, 상기 기판의 구멍에 삽입되고 상기 양 기판 사이를 전기적 기계적으로 접속하는 도전성 나사로 형성되는 중심 도체를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2기판 접속용 동축 커렉터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 통형상 단자의 적어도 한편은 금속판을 구부림 가공에 의해 형성되고, 길이 방향으로 슬릿을 갖고 서로 원주에 따라서 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2기판 접속용 동축 커넥터.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 통형상 단자는 통형상 본체의 끝 부분에서 방사상으로 연장되는 복수외 다리부를 갖고 상기 기판에 표면 장치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2기판 접속용 동축 커넥터.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 통형상단자는 선단이 서로 대향된 하우징의 중공부에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 2기판 접속용 동축 커넥터.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 통형상 단자의 한편의 하우징은 거의 원형인 홈을 갖고, 상기 통형상 단자와 동심원 형상의 스프링이 삽입되고, 다른편의 통형상 단자의 선단과 전기적으로 접촉하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 2기판 접속용 동축 커넥터.
