Abstract

本发明的双基板联接用的同轴联接器以用来装 配相互大致平行配置的两块电路基板的导电性螺栓 为中心导体。由雄型联接器和雌型联接器构成。可 以用最短距离将两块电路基板的信号联接,将高频信 号的延迟减小到最低限度。所需部件少、组装方便。 通过改变螺栓的直径,可以很容易地控制接口配合。

Description

本发明涉及电气联接器,特别是将两块大致平行的电路基板相互联接的双基板联接用同轴联接器。
在通信机、计算机等电子仪器中,高频信号的传送是不可缺少的。通常,在这类电子仪器中,要使用多块电路基板。一般说来,为了以最小的信号畸变在这些电路基板之间传送宽带的信号,在各电路基板上设置同轴联接器,在这些联接器之间用指定长度的同轴的跨接电缆进行连接。这种同轴联接器,有图6所示的实开平3110780号公报公开的L形联接器100,这种L形联接器100把安装在同轴电缆102的一端的插头式联接器104装配在基板108上安装的引出头联接器106上。
在上述先有的同轴联接器中,部件数多、需要容纳跨接电缆的空间。另外,嵌合操作麻烦,需要一定的时间。上述先有的这种同轴联接器在需要在狭下区域内高密度装配的电子仪器中很难使用。
因此,本发明的目的旨在提供一种不占据空间、部件数量少、结构简单而且嵌合容易的双基板联接用同轴联接器。
本发明的双基板联接用同轴联接器的特征在于,以用来装配相互大致平行配置的二块基板的导电性螺栓为中心导体。
下面,参照附图详细说明本发明双基板联接用同轴联接器(以下简称同轴联接器)的最佳的实施例。
图1是本发明双基板联接用同轴联接器的最佳实施例的纵剖面图。
图2(A)是本发明双基板联接用同轴联接器的雌型联接器的平面图。
图2(B)是图2(A)所示的雌型联接器的正面图。
图2(C)是图2(A)所示的雌型联接器从正面看的纵剖面图。

图6是先有的同轴联接器的纵剖面图。
图1示出了采用本发明的同轴联接器1将大致平行的两块电路基板2、4相互联接部分的纵剖面图。同轴联接器1由雄型联接器20和雌型联接器60构成。
图1中,雄型联接器20通过压入垫圈26内的雄端子22的脚部24装配并固定在电路基板2的接地用导体18的表面。雌型联接器60通过压入垫圈66内的雌端子62的脚部64装配并固定在另一个电路基板4的接地用导体19的表面。两个联接器20、60相互嵌合,同时,螺栓6(导电性螺栓)从电路基板2的螺栓插孔8插入,通过同轴联接器1的中央,与电路基板4的阴螺纹10(螺柱孔)螺合固定。阴螺纹10是在电路基板4开设的孔12内电镀上厚的涂层,然后进行功丝加工而形成的,但是,也可以将其它部件例如带有螺纹的索眼安装在孔12上。完全嵌合之后,螺栓6作为中心导体便将在电路基板2、4外侧形成的信号用导体16、17实现电气连接。即,螺栓6的头部7与信号导体16压紧接触,螺栓6的阳螺纹部分9与同信号导体17实现电气连接的阴螺纹10接触。这样,螺栓6就成为电气通路的一部分,所以,必须是像铜那样的导体。另外,在螺栓6的头部7和信号导体16之间,为了使接触性更好,可以套入弹簧垫圈。
雄型联接器20和雌型联接器60的嵌合,只要把雄端子22稍微插入雌端子62内,然后,通过转动螺栓6,就可以使两个联接器20、60相互接近直至完全嵌合。螺栓6由黄铜、铜等材料制成,并且整体镀一层镍。因此,也可以不一定使用像铜那样的良导体。如果不进行电镀,当然也可以使用导电性好的金属。另外,也可以使用JIS标准规定的螺栓。例如,M0.8~M1.5的就很合适。螺栓的长度,根据电路基板2、4的间隔可以从5mm左右到更长的长度设定为任意的尺寸。
两块电路基板2、4之间,通常如图4所示,通过多个衬垫3将其间隔保持为指定的尺寸间隔。衬垫3通常由螺钉固定,但是,如图4所示,将本发明的同轴联接器1配置在衬垫3部分的位置上,也可以兼有衬垫3的作用。这时,可以减少衬垫3的个数,从而也可以减少装配工时。
图2是雌型联接器。图2(A)的平面图,(B)是正面图,(C)是从正面看的纵剖面图。图2(A)所示的垫圈66呈四角匣形状,中央形成孔(通孔)68,用于配置雌端子62。在垫圈62的侧壁70上,在三个方向形成切口72,用于插入雌端子62的脚部64。切口72和孔68连通。另外,如图2(B)所示,切口72的内表面分别形成相互对向的突起74。该突起74向上侧倾斜,下侧形成和电路基板4平行的台阶76。
如图2(A)和(C)所示,雌端子62是由将磷铜或黄铜等金属板冲孔后形成的坯件弯折而形成的。雌端子62具有圆筒形的本体78和从本体78的下部向横向三个方向延伸的脚部64,本体部78上形成了多个狭槽80。本体78为了和雄端子22接触时具有弹性,最好向内侧弯曲。雌端子62插入孔68内,使其脚部64嵌合到垫圈66的切口72内。插入的雌端子62,其脚部64被突起74压入,保持在垫圈66的底部82和突起74的台阶76之间,被垫圈66固定住。脚部64通过倾斜部84可以装配在电路基板4上。
图3是雄型联接器20。图3(A)是平面图,(B)是正面图,(C)是从正面看的纵剖面图。如图3(A)所示,垫圈26呈四角匣形状,中央形成孔(通孔)28,用于配置雄端子22。垫圈26的侧壁30上向三个方向形成切口32,用于插入雄端子22的脚24。切口32和孔28连通。另外,如图3(B)所示,在切口32的内表面分别形成相互远离的突起34。突起34向上侧倾斜,下侧形成和电路基板2平行的台阶36。
如图3(A)及(C)所示,雄端子22是将金属板冲孔后形成的坯件弯折而形成的。雄端子22具有圆筒形的本体38和从其下部向与电路基板2大致平行的三个方向延伸的脚24。本体38的外径尺寸根据能与雌端子62的内侧接触来决定。雄端子22和雌端子62的情况一样,挤压在垫圈26的切口32内,脚24保持在垫圈26的底部40和台阶36之间,被垫圈26固定住。脚24通过倾斜部42向电路基板2一侧弯曲,可以装配在其表面。
图5是本发明的双基板联接用同轴联接器1的另一实施例。图5中和图1相同的部件,以相同的标号标出。在本实施例的双基板联接用同轴联接器1′中,雌型联接器60′的垫圈66′的内侧具有圆筒形部分67。在该圆筒形部分67和雌端子62之间,设有导电性的螺旋弹簧88。雄型联接器20和雌型联接器60′嵌合时,雄端子22插入该圆筒形部分67和雌端子62之间。插入的雄端子22,其前端23挤压螺旋弹簧88。该螺旋弹簧88用来防止同轴联接器1′松驰。此外,螺旋弹簧88的尺寸以能和雌端子62接触来决定,所以,可以确保雄端子和雌端子的电气接触。
下面,再参照图1说明雄型联接器20和雌型联接器60完全组合的情况。电路基板2、4有时会相互发生一点位置偏移,嵌合时为了吸收该位置偏移,在雌端子62和垫圈66之间设有间隙86。通过设置该间隙86,雌端子62在该间隙86内,可以稍许挠曲,从而可以吸收两电路基板2、4的位置偏移。另外,雌端子62和雄端子22的接口配合得使各自的本体78、38以螺栓6为中心将螺栓6包围起来。
以上,参照示出最佳实施例的附图说明了本发明的同轴联接器。本发明的同轴联接器只要使两块电路基板保持适当的间隔,将接口配合,能使接地电路和信号电路实现电气连接就行。因此,容易理解,根据用途需要,可以使垫圈的形状、雄端子及雌端子的形状作各种变形。例如,端子可以是穿孔型的,垫圈可以是圆形及其它任意形状的。另外,通过改变垫圈的高度,可以适应于电路基板间的各种间隔。
本发明的双基板联接用同轴联接器,是以用来装配相互大致平行配置的两块基板的导电性螺栓为中心导体而构成的,所以,有以下效果。
即,可以以最短距离将两块电路基板的信号联接起来,从而可以使高频信号的延迟减到最小。此外,由于不需要跨接电缆,所以,部件数减少、价格便宜且结构简单。同时,还可以减少占有面积,适合于更高密度的实际装配。由于利用螺栓固定将联接器嵌合,所以,装配作业方便简单。通过1次联接作业便可完成组装工作。在兼作两块电路基板间的衬垫使用时,也可以进一步减少组装工时数。另外,还可以减少所需的衬垫个数,从而可以进一步降低成本。通过改变螺栓的直径,可以更容易地控制接口配合。

Claims (5)

1、一种用于双基板联接用的同轴联接器,其特征在于:
具有两块基板、略呈筒状的端子和由导电性螺栓构成的中心导体,两块基板大致相互平行配置,在对应的位置上形成孔;
略呈筒状的端子在两块基板对向面的上述孔的周围分别形成同心状;
由导电性螺栓构成的中心导体插入上述基板的上述孔内,在上述两块基板间进行电气和机械的联接。
2、如权利要求1的双基板联接用的同轴联接器,其特征在于:上述筒状端子至少一方是将金属板弯曲加工形成的,沿长度方向具有切口,相互沿圆周方向接触。
3、如权利要求1或2的双基板联接用的同轴联接器,其特征在于:上述筒状端子从其筒状本体的端部具有呈辐射状延伸的多个脚,以装配在上述基板的表面。
4、如权利要求1、2和3的双基板联接用的同轴联接器,其特征在于:上述筒状端子前端相互接触地配置在垫圈的中空部分。
5、如权利要求4的双基板联接用的同轴联接器,其特征在于:上述一方筒状端子的上述垫圈具有略呈圆形的沟,插入和上述筒状端子同心的圆形弹簧,和另一个筒状端子的前端保持电气接触。
