Abstract

진행거리를 검출하여 전기적인 펄스신호로 변환시킨 뒤에 출력하는 주행거리 검출부와, 초기 설정된 차량의 진행 방향과의 오차 각도를 검출하여 전기적인 신호로 변환시킨 뒤에 출력하는 각도 검출부와, 주행거리 검출부와 각도 검출부에 연결되어 차량의 진행방향과의 편차 거리를 산출하여 출력하는 편차 계산부와, 편차 계산부에 연결되어 인력신호로부터 편차거리를 줄이기 위한 제어신호를 출력하는 제어부와, 제어부에 연결되어 모터의 구동에 필요한 전압신호를 제공하는 모터 구동부와, 모터 구동부의 출력 신호에 따라 조향장치를 제어 하는 모터로 구성되어, 자동으로 크레인의 진행방향을 조절할수 있고 보수 및 유지가 간단하며 설치가 용이한 중장비 차량의 자동 주향장치에 관한 것.

Claims (1)

  1. 차량의 진행거리를 검출하여 전기적인 펄스신호로 변환시킨 뒤에 출력하는 주행거리 검출부와, 초기 설정된 차량의 진행 방향과의 오차 각도을 검출하여 전기적인 신호로 변환시킨 뒤에 출력하는 각도 검출부와, 주행거리 검출부와 각도 검출부에 연결되어 차량의 진행방향과의 편차 거리를 산출하여 출력하는 편차 계산부와, 편차 계산부에 연결되어 입력신호로부터 편차거리를 줄이기 위한 제어신호를 출력하는 제어부와, 제어부에 연결되어 모터의 구동에 필요한 전압신호를 제공하는 모터 구동부와, 모터 구동부의 출력신호에 따라 조향장치를 제어하는 모터로 이루어지는것을 특징으로 하는 중장비 차량의 자동 주향장치.
