Abstract
가변 용량형 압축기의 용량의 정밀도가 양호하게 검출할수 있는 장치를 제공한다.
기판(18)에는, 지지틀(19)가 고착되고, 지지틀(19)내에는 합성수지제의 배선유지체(20)이 충전되어 있다. 배선유지체(27)상에는 한쌍의 검출도선(21A)(21B)가 병렬 배선되어 있다.
각 출도선 (21A)(21B)는 직선부의 (21a1)(21a2)와 반복 절곡 반전된 부위 (21b1)(21b2)에 배선되어 있다. 한쪽의 절곡반전부의 (21b1)은 다른쪽의 절곡 반전부의 (21b2)에 대해 절곡주기의 1/4이 겹치지 않게 되어 있다. 압축기의 피스톤 또는 피스톤에 연동하는 부재에 부작된 자석제의 피검출체(15)가 절곡반전부의 (21b1)(21b2)에 따라 이동한다.

Claims (2)
- 토출용량을 좌우하는 피스톤(11)의 행정량을 요동경사판(10)의 경사각도 제어에 의해 가변시키는 가변 용량형 압축기에 있어서 피스톤(11) 또는 피스톤(11)과 연동해서 왕복 운동하는 부재에 부착된 자석제의 피검출체(15)와 그 피검출체(15)의 왕복운동 궤적에 따라 반복 절곡 반전해서 배선된 검출도선(21)(21A)(21B)(36)과에 의해 구성된 가변 량형 압축기에 있어서의 용량 검출장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 한쌍의 검출도선(21A)(21B)가 병렬배선되고, 각 검출도선 (21A)(21B)의 절곡반전부위 (21b1)(21b2)가 상호 절곡주기의 1/4이 겹치지 않도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 용랑형 압축기에 있어서의 용량 검출장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
