Abstract

본 발명은 멜트블로잉에 의해 형성된 2층(10,54) 및 지지성 캐리어 층의 2층(14,58)을 갖는 적어도 4층을 포함하는 마모성 흡수 복합 부직 웹 (42)에 관한것이다. 멜트블로운 층 중 하나는 거친 쇼트-레이든 멜트블로운 층(10)으로부터 형성된 마모성 표면층(10)으로부떠 형성된 마모성 표면층(10)이고, 다른 멜트블로운 층은 복합웹 (42)의 내부에 분포하고 복합체에 흡수성을 제공하도록 개작되 었다. 캐리어 층(14,58)은 스펀본디드 웹으로부터 형성될 수 있다. 마모성 표면층(10) 및 그의 지지성 캐리어 층(14)는 핫 핀 천공에 의핵 함께 결합되어 있다.

Claims (31)

  1. 열가소성 물질로부터 형성된 거친 쇼트-레이든 멜트블로운 층으로 이루어지며, 거친 쇼트-레이든 멜트블로운 층은 복합 부직 웹의 표면층: 거친 쇼트-레이든 멜트블로운 층에 바로 인접해 있고 열가소성 물질로부터 형성된 제1지지성 캐리어 층:부직 웹의 내부층이며 열가소성 물질로부터 형성된 흡수성 멜트블로운 층: 및 흡수 성 멜트블로운 층에 바로 인접해 있고 열가소성 물질로부터 형성된 재2지지성 캐리어 층이고, 거친 쇼트-레이든 멜트블로운 표면충과 재1지지성 캐리어 층은 2층을 통해 천공 연장되도록 끝이 가는 일반적으로는 원추형 돌출된 입체 매트릭스로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 부직 웹.
  2. 재1항에 있어서. 지지성 캐리어 층이 1종 이상의 폴리올레괸, 폴리에스떼르, 폴리에떼르, 폴리비닐 플로라 이드 또는 폴리아미드로부터 형성되는 복합 부직 웹.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 지지성 캐리어 층이 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리부틸렌 또는 에틸렌 비닐 아세떼이트로부터 헝성되는 복합 부직 웹,
  4. 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 지지성 캐리어 층이 스펀본디드 층, 본디드-카디드층 또는 멜트블로운 층인 복합 부직 웹.
  5. 재1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 지지성 캐리어층이 스펀본디드 열가소성 폴리프로필렌 물질로부터 형성되는 복합 부직 웹.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 멜트블로운 층이 1종 이상의 폴리올레핀, 폴리에스테르, 폴리에테르, 폴리비닐 클로라이드 또는 폴리아미드로부터 형성되는 복합 부직 웹.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 멜트블로운 층이 폴리에딜렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리부틸렌 또는 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트로부터 형성되는 복합 부직 웹.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 멜트블로운 층이 열가소성 폴리프로필렌 물질로부터 형성되는 복합 부직 웹.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 거친 쇼트-레이든 층의 평균 섬유 직경이 약 10 내지 약 80 미크론인 복합 부직 웹.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 거친 쇼트-레이든 층의 평균 섬유 직경이 약 20 내지 약 60 미크론인 복합 부직 웹.
  11. 제9항 또는 10항에 있어서, 거친 쇼트-레이든 층의 평균 섬유 직경이 약 30 내지 약 50 미크론인 복합 부직 웹.
  12. 제1항 내지 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 거친 쇼트-레이든 멜트블로운 층의 기초 중량이 약 40 내지 약 100g/m2인 복합 부직 웹.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 거친 쇼트-레이든 멜트블로운 층의 기초 중량이 약 60 내지 약 80g/m2인 복합 부직 웹,
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 거친 쇼트-레이든 멜트블로운 층의 기초 중량이 약 60 내지 약 70g/m2인 복합 부직 웹.
  15. 재1항 내지 14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1지지성 캐리어 층의 기초 중량이 약 40 내지 90g/m2인 복합 부직 웹.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 제1지지성 캐리어 기초 중량이 약 45 내지 70g/m2인 복합 부직 웹.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 제1지지성 캐리어 층의 기초 중량이 약 50 내ㅈ 55g/m2인 복합 부직 웹.
  18. 제1항 내지 17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내부 흡수층의 기초 중량이 약 150 내지 약 200g/m2인 복합 부직 웹.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 내부 흡수층의 기초 중량이 약 160 내지 약 190g/m2인 복합 부직 웹.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 내부 흡수층의 기초 중량이 약 170 내지 180g/m2인 복합 부직 웹.
  21. 제1항 내지 20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제2지지성 캐리어 층의 기초 중량이 약 10내지 약 30g/㎡인 복합 부직 웹.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 제2지지성 캐리어 층의 기초 중량이 약 10 내지 20g/m2인 복합 부직 웹.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 제2지지성 캐리어 층의 기초 중량이 약 12 내지 18g/m2인 복합 부직 웹.
  24. 제1항 내지 23항 중 어느 한 항에 있이서, 얼룩 무늬 외관을 제공하기 위해 웹을 착색시킨 복합 부직 웹.
  25. 제1항 내지 24항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 웹을 바닥 매트로서 사용하기 위해 개작한 복합 부직 웹.
  26. 제1항 내지 24항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 웹을 와이프(wipe)로서 사용하기 위해 개작한 복합 부직 웹.
  27. 열가소성 물질로부터 형성된 거친 쇼트-레이든 층을 열가소성 물질로부터 형성된 제1지지성 캐리어 층상에 멜트블로잉시켜 마모성 복합 재료 전구체를 형성하는 단계; 마모성 복합 재료 전구체를 핫 핀 천공시켜 마모성 복합 재료 전구체를 가각 천공으로 끝이 가늘어지는 다수의 일반적거으로는 원추형 돌기로 형성하는 단계; 열가소성 물질로부터 형성된 흡수층을 열가소성 물질로부터 형성된 제2지지성 캐리어 층상에 멜트블로잉시켜 흡수성 복합 재료 전구체를 형성하는 단계; 및 마모성 멜트블로운 층이 복합 부직 웹의 표면층을 형성하고, 흡수층의 복합 부직 웹의 내부층을 형성하도록 모든 복합 부직 웹의 층을 함께 초음파 결합시키는 단계로 이루어진 복합 부직 웹의 제조 방법.
  28. 제27항에 있어서, 핫 핀 천공을 약 38℃(100F°) 내지 약 66℃(150F°)의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
  29. 제28항에 있어서, 핫 핀 천공을 약 46℃(115F°) 내지 약 52℃(1125)의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
