제3도는 용융 취입 스펀결합 층으로 적층된 단일층의 제품을 나타내는, 본 발명에 따른 제품의 단면도.
제4도는 본 발명의 다른 형태인 용융 취입 스핀 결합 용융취입된 단일층의 제품을 나타내는 단면도.
제5도는 본 발명의 다른 형태인 3겹 제품을 나타내는 단면도.

Claims (9)

  1. 지지층 및 이에 열결합되는 용융 취입된 연마성 층으로 구성되고, 상기 용융 취입된 연마성 층의 기본중량은 약 5 내지 25g/m2이고 평균 섬유 직경이 최소한 40마이크로미터 이상인 섬유들로 구성되는 적층된 연마성 웨브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 지지층이 스핀결합된 폴리프로필렌인 웨브.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 평균 섬유 직경이 약 40 내지 85마이크로미터인 웨브.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 평균 섬유 직경이 약 50마이크로미터인 웨브.
  5. 다이 선단을 통하여 용융된 중합체를 반용융 상태로 지지웨브상의 용융 취입하여, 지지 웨브와 접촉될 때 용융취입된 섬유들이 지지웨브에 열결합되도록 하는 단계로 구성되는 연마성 웨브 제조방법.
  6. 제1외층, 내부층, 및 제2외부층으로 구성되고, 상기 제1외부층은 특허 청구범위 제2항의 적층된 연마성 웨브로 구성되고, 내부층은 수 투과성의 열가소성 부직웨브로 구성되고, 제2외부층은 수투과성의 열가소성 부직웨브로 구성되며, 여기에서 각각의 층들은 세척제품의 주연부에서 상호 공통되게 결합되고 상기 내부층과 상기 제2외부층 사이에는 청정제가 포함되는 세척 제품.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제3층은 기본 중량이 약 5 내지 25g/m2이고 평균 직경이 약 40 내지 85마이크로미터인 섬유를 갖는 용융 취입된 폴리프로필렌 웨브로 구성되는 세척제품.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제2층이 제3층과 동일한 세척제품.
  9. 제1및 제2외부층으로 구성되고, 각각의 외부층들은 웨브의 연마성 층들이 외측으로 향하는 상태로하여 특허청구 범위 제1항에 기재된 적층된 연마성 웨브로 구성되는 세척 제품.
