Abstract

본 발명의 합성재질은 한면에 다수의 소형 분화구(4)를 가진 열가소성 필름(2)으로 구성되고 매끄러운 다른 면은 열가소성 섬유(3)로 덮이고 서로 또한 연속적으로 필름(3)에 연결한 것이다. 재질은 기저귀등 흡수형 위생용품의 통기성 필름으로 사용한다. 제조방법은 a) 열가소성 필름(2)위에 섬유시이트(3)를 분산시키거나 이러한 섬유로된 부직포상에 열가소성 필름을 압출시키고, b) 오리피스를 구비한 표면에 섬유/필름 합성물을 올려놓고, 또한 c) 두 개의 열가소성 물질의 연화온도에 가까운 온도로 가열하고 동시에 오리피스를 통해 흡입하여 오리피스를 덮는 필름을 공동까지 연결하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이 방법은 접착제를 사전 피복하는 전단계를 포함하고 이 단계는 용융-송풍법으로 접착제를 0.2g/㎡ 내지 5g/㎡의 속도로 공급하는 것이다.

기공이 있는 필름과 열가소성 섬유를 포함한 합성평면 재질과 그 용도 및 제조방법(PLANE COMPOSITE MATERIAL COMPRISING A PIERCED FILM AND THERMOPLASTIC FIBRES, ITS USE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE)

제5도는 또 다른 합성재질의 개략적인 단면도.

Claims (13)

  1. 서로 또한 필름에 결합한 열가소성 섬유로 덮인 열가소성 필름(2)으로 구성되고 필름은 한면상에 다수의 소형 분화구(4)를 가지며 한편, 섬유가 매끄러운면 위에 연속으로 필름에 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 평면 재질.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 섬유(3)는 분화구(4) 내벽(5)상에서도 서로 또한 필름에 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 평면 재질.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 10개/㎠ 내지 100개의/㎠의 밀도, 0.1㎜ 내지 1.5㎜크기를 가진 기공을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 평면 재질.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 필름(21)은 분화구(23)가 있는 다른 면(21a)에서도 서로 또한 필름에 결합한 열가소성 섬유(20)로 덮여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 평면 재질.
  5. 기저귀와 생리대등 흡수형 위생제품 제조에서 통기성 필름으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 한 제1항 내지 4항의 합성 평면 재질의 용도.
  6. a) 열가소성 필름(2)상에 열가소성 섬유(3) 시이트를 분산시키고; b) 오리피스(14)를 구비한 표면(12)상에 조립물을 설치하고; c) 섬유(3)와 필름(2)을 구성하는 열가소성 재질의 연화온도에 가까운 온도까지 이 조립물을 가열하고 동시에 오리피스를 통해 흡입하여 오리피스 위의 필름을 공동까지 연장시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 합성 평면 섬유 재질 제조방법.
  7. 한면에 다수의 소형 분화구를 가진 열가소성 필름에 열가소성 섬유 시이트를 분산시키는 것으로서 섬유는 매끄러운 다른 필름면위에 분산되고 섬유는 냉각후 필름표면에 자연 접착하기에 충분한 온도에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 합성 평면 섬유 재질 제조방법.
  8. 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 섬유(3)가 분산된 필름(2)의 표면에 접착제를 사전피복하는 단계를 포함하는 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 접착제는 섬유가 필름과 접촉한 온도에서 반응하는 열가소성 접착제 수지인 것을 포함하는 제조방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 사전피복된 0.2g/㎡ 내지 5g/㎡ 접착제 속도로 용융-송풍법으로 실행하는 것을 포함하는 제조방법.
  11. 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 이것은 열가소성 필름을 신장시키고 섬유는 필름에 분산되는 것을 포함하는 제조방법.
  12. a) 열가소성 섬유 시이트로 구성된 부직포상에 열가소성 필름을 압출시키고; b) 오리피스(14)가 구비된 표면(12)에 이 방식으로된 조립물을 펼치고; 또한 c) 섬유(3)와 필름(2)를 구성하는 열가소성 물질 연화온도와 가까운 온도로 조립물을 가열하고 동시에 오리피스 통과 흡입시키고 오리피스를 덮는 필름이 공동까지 연결되게하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성평면 섬유재질 제조방법.
  13. 제6항 또는 12항에 있어서, 필름/섬유 조립물이 들어있는 표면이 내부 흡입시스템이 장착된 회전드럼(12)의 말단면으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
