Claims (34)

  1. 흡수성 결합제와 간헐적으로 결합된 소수성 스테이플 섬유의 웹을 포함하며, 이때 상기 섬유 및 상기 결합제는 발수성 물질로 피복된 내오염성이 개선된 부직포 표면화장재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발수성 물질이 플루오르케미칼 발수성 물질인 부직포 표면화장재료.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 표면화장재료가 그 내부에 여러개의 구공을 갖는 부직포 직물.
  4. 제1항, 2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 섬유가 폴리에스테르 섬유인 부직포 직물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 웹의 섬유가 그 내부에 구공형태를 한정하는 사와 같은 집속(yarn-like bundle)형태로 재배열되는 부직포 표면화장재료.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 웹이 섬유의 중량당 88%의 폴리에스테르 섬유와 12%의 레이온 스테이플 섬유를 포함하는 부직포 직물.
  7. 흡수성 코어, 및 이 흡수성 코어를 둘러싸는 표면화장재료를 포함하며, 이때 상기 표면화장재료는 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 하나의 표면화장재료를 포함하는 체액 흡수용 제품.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제품이 생리대인 제품.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제품이 기저귀인 제품.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제품이 붕대인 제품.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 표면화장재료가 흡수성 코어의 표면에 부착된 제품.
  12. 제7항에 있어서, 표면화장재료 및 흡수성 코어가 열가소성 물질을 포함하며, 상기 표면화장재료가상기 흡수성 코어에 가열 접착된 제품.
  13. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 표면화장재료가 열용융형 집착제로 상기 흡수성 코어에 부착된 제품.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 표면화장재료가 에멀젼 접착제로 상기흡수성 코어에 부착된 제품.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 표면화장재료가 흡수성 코어에 전체형태로 부착된 제품.
  16. 제11항에 있어서, 표면화장재료가 흡수성 코어에 줄무늬 형태로 부착된 제품.
  17. a) 소수성 스테이플 섬유의 웹을 형성시키고,
    b) 흡수성 결합물질을 상기 웹에 간헐적인 형태로 도포하고,
    c) 상기 결합물질을 경화시킨 다음,
    d)상기 웹에 발수성 물질을 도포하는 단계를 포함하는, 내오염성이 개선된 부직포 표면화장재료의 제조방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 발수성 물질이 플루오르케미칼 발수성 물질인 방법.
  19. 제17항 또는 18항에 있어서, 상기 웹을 결합물질의 도포전에 개구하는 방법.
  20. 제17항 또는 18항 또는 19항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 섬유가 폴리에스테르 섬유인 방법.
  21. a) 소수성 스테이플 섬유의 웹을 형성하고,
    b) 상기 웹의 섬유를 재배열시켜 그 내부에 구공형태를 갖는 사와 같은 집속을 형성시키고,
    c) 흡수성 결합물질을 상기 재배열된 섬유웹에 간헐적인 형태로 도포시키고,
    d) 상기 흡수성 결합물질을 경화시키고,
    e) 플루오르케미칼 발수성 물질을 상기 웹에 도포한 다음,
    f) 상기 발수성 물질을 경화시켜 발수 처리된 직물을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는, 내오염성이 개선된 부직포 표면화재료의 제조방법.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 웹의 88중량 %의 폴리에스테르 섬유와 12중량 %의 레이온 스테이플 섬유를 포함하는 방법.
  23. 제21항 또는 22항에 있어서, 발수성 물질이 플루오르케미칼 발수성 물질인 방법.
  24. 결합제로 결합된 소수성 섬유의 웹을 포함하며, 이때 상기 직물이 그 내부에 여러개의 구공을 가지며 발수성 물질로 피복된, 내오염성이 개선된 부직포 표면화장재료.
  25. 흡수성 코어, 및 이흡수성 코어를 둘러싸는 표면화장재료를 포함하며 이때 상기 표면화장재료는 제24항의 표면화장재료를 포함하고 상기 흡수성 코어의 표면에 부착된, 체액 흡수용 제품.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, 상기 제품이 생리대인 제품.
  27. 제25항에 있어서, 상기 제품이 지저귀인 제품.
  28. 제25항에 있어서, 상기 제품이 붕대인 제품.
  29. 제25항에 있어서, 상기 표면화장재료가 흡수성 코어의 표면에 부착된 제품.
  30. 제25항에 있어서, 표면화장재료 및 흡수성 코어가 열가소성 물질을 포함하며, 상기 표면화장재료가 상기 흡수성 코어에 가열 접착된 제품.
  31. 제29항에 있어서, 상기 표면화장재료가 열용융 접착제 상기 흡수성 코어에 부착된 제품.
  32. 제29항에 있어서, 상기 표면화장재료가 에멀젼 접착제 상기 흡수성 코어에 부착된 제품.
  33. 제29항에 있어서, 표면화장재료가 흡수성 코어에 전체 형태로 부착된 제품.
