제1도는 고 벌크성(high loft) 및 내구 특성을 갖는 부직포에 대한 생산 라인의 일부를 개략적으로 나타낸 것이다, 제2도는 제1도에 따라서 제조할 수 있는 유형의 부직포의 개략적인 파단면도이다, 제3도는 제2도를 변형시킨 부직포의 단면도이다, 제4도는 제3도에 나타낸 유형의 물질을 제조하기 위해 제1도의 일부 생산 라인을 변형시켜 개략적으로 나타낸 것이다, 제5도는 제2도와 제3도를 변형시킨 부직포의 단면도이다, 제6도는 하나 이상의 피브릴화 및/또는 천공된 필름을 공급롤로 부터 예비결합된 표면 구성부분에 적용하는 방법 및 기법을 개략적으로 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (13)

  1. (a)열가소성 물질의 스테이플 섬유의 웹 하나 이상을 기계 방향으로 이동가능하게 바이어스된 지지 표면상에 배열 및 콤파일(Compile)하고, (b)저밀도 결합 패턴을 사용하여 상기 배열 및 콤파일된 웹(들)을 초기에 약하게 결합시켜 표면 구성부분을 얻고, (c)상기 표면 구성부분의 기계 방향에 대해 일반적으로 횡방향의 배열로, 스테이플 섬유를 포함한 웹 적어도 하나를 상기 약하게 결합된 표면 구성부분의 안쪽면위로 적층시키고, (d)상기 표면 구성부분보다 실질적으로 큰 결합 밀도를 갖는 기본 구성부분을 형성하기 위해 상기 횡으로 적층된 스테이플 섬유의 웹(들)을 죽이어 결합(through bond)시키는 것을 포함하는, 내구성 고 벌크성(high olft) 부직물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합단계(b)가 상기 목적하는 부직물내에서 표면 구성 부분의 상응하는 표면적의 약 5%를 초과하지 않는 저밀도 결합 패턴을 표면 구성부분에 부여하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결합단계(b)가 상기 표면 구성부분을 형성하는 상응하는 비결합된, 콤파일된 웹(들)의 두께의 약 30% 이상으로 표면 구성부분에 침입시키는 결합 패턴을 부여하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 천공 또는 피브릴화된 필름을 표면 웹(들)에 적용하고, 상기 웹(들)에 죽이어 결합시켜 상기 표면 구성부분을 형성하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 천공 또는 피브릴화된 필름을 표면 구성부분과 기본 웹(들)사이에 삽입시키고, 상기 기본 웹(들)을 상기 천공 및/또는 피브릴화된 필름에 죽이어 결합시켜 기본 구성부분을 형성하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면 구성부분이 크림프 및 카딩된 폴리올레핀계 스테이플 섬유 또는 필라멘트의 적어도 하나의 웹을 포함하는 방법.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결합 단계(b)가 표면 구성부분의 상기 배열 및 콤파일된 웹(들)을 통해 결합되는 패턴을 부여하는 방법.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 천공 및/또는 피브릴화된 필름이 표면 구성부분을 포함하는 섬유에서 스테이플 섬유 또는 필라멘트보다 높은 용융점 및 연화점을 갖는 방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 표면 구성부분을 형성하는 스테이플 섬유가 폴리프로필렌 및 폴리에틸렌-함유 2성분 섬유를 포함하는 방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 기본 구성부분을 형성하는 스테이플 섬유가 폴리프로필렌- 및 폴리에틸렌-함유 2성분 섬유를 포함하는 방법.
  11. (A)열가소성 스테이플 섬유 또는 필라멘트의 약하게 결합된 웹 적어도 하나로 구성된 수투과성 신체-접촉표면을 한정하고 있는 표면 구성부분, (B)상기 부직물의 외부 표면을 한정하고, 상기 결합된 표면 구성 부분의 기계 방향에 대해 일반적으로 교차 또는 횡 방향의 배열로, 열가소성 스테이플 단섬유 또는 필라멘트의 웹 적어도 하나로 구성되고, 상기 표면 구성부분보다 실질적으로 큰 결합 밀도를 갖는 구성부분, 및 (C)상기 표면 구성부분과 상기 기본 구성부분사이의 중간에 배열되어 있고, 상기 표면 구성부분 또는 상기 기본 구성부분에 죽이어 결합되어 있는 약 2개 이하의 천공 및/또는 피브릴화된 필름을 결합체로 포함하는 고 벌크성 부직물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 약하게 결합된 표면 구성부분이 상기 부직물의 내부에 있는 표면 구성 부분의 표면적의 약 5%를 초과하지 않으며, 상기 표면 구성부분을 형성하고 있는 비결합된, 콤파일된 웹(들)의 두께의 약 30% 이상 침입되어 있는 결합 패턴을 갖는 부직물.
  13. 분비물 불투과성 차단 시이트, 분비물 흡수 코어 구성부분, 및 상기 코어 구성부분과 분비물 공급원 사이에 삽입된 커버소재 물질(이것은 제1항에 따라서 제조된 고 벌크성 부직물임)의 표면을 결합체로 포함하는 1회용 기저귀.
