Abstract

본 발명은 고온, 산화분위기 조건하에서도 슬러그 분해에 대해 안정적이며 철 함유량이 높은 슬러그에 대해서도 우수한 내식성을 나타내는 고순도 전융마그네시아 클링카로 이루어진 내화재와, 이 내식성이 우수한 전용 마그네시아 클링카를 사용하여 내식성과 함께 내스폴링성도 우수한 소성 혹은 불소성 연와를 제공한다.
MgO 함유량이 98.0~99.8중량% 이고, SiOz함유량이 0.05중량% 이하이며, CaO 함유량이 0.1~2.0 중량%인 전융마그네시아 클링카로 이루어진 내화재료이며, 이를 10중량% 이상 함유시켜 소성, 불소성 혹은 부정형 내화물을 얻는다.

Claims (17)

  1. MgO 함유량이 98.0~ 99.8 중량%이고, SiOz함유량이 0.05중량% 이하이며, CaO 함유량이 0.1 ~ 2.0 중량%인 전융마그네시아재.
  2. MgO 함유량이 98.0~ 99.8 중량%이고, SiOz함유량이 0.05중량% 이하이며, CaO 함유량이 0.1 ~ 2.0 중량%인 전융마그네시아를 함유한 내화물.
  3. MgO 함유량이 98.0~ 99.8 중량%이고, SiOz함유량이 0.05중량% 이하이며, CaO 함유량이 0.1~ 2.0 중량%인 전융마그네시아와 탄소질재료를 함유하여 이루어지는 내화물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 전융마그네시아 함유량이 10 중량% 이상인 내화물.
  5. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 내화물이 세라믹제품, 불소성 연와, 소성 연와 및 부정형 내화물 중 어느 것인 내화물.
  6. MgO 함유량이 98.0~ 99.8 중량%이고, SiOz함유량이 0.05 중량% 이하이며, CaO 함유량이 0.1 ~ 2.0 중량%인 대결정질 전융마그네시아재.
  7. MgO 함유량이 98.0 ~ 99.8 중량%이고, SiOz함유량이 0.05 중량% 이하이며, CaO 함유량이 0.2 ~ 2.0 중량%인 대결정질 전융마그네시아재.
  8. MgO 함유량이 98.0 ~ 99.8 중량%이고, SiOz함유량이 0.02중량% 이하이며, CaO 함유량이 0.2 ~ 2.0 중량%이며, 동시에 저실리카질 페리클레스 결정 입계로 석회가 석출된 전융마그네시아재.
  9. MgO 함유량이 98.0 ~ 99.8 중량%이고, SiOz함유량이 0.05 중량% 이하이며, CaO 함유량이 0.2~ 2.0 중량%인 대결정질 전융마그네시아를 함유하여 이루어진 내화물.
  10. MgO 함유량이 98.0 ~ 99.8 중량%이고, SiOz함유량이 0.05 중량% 이하이며, CaO 함유량이 0.2~ 1.0 중량%인 대결정질 전융마그네시아를 클링카를 10 중량% 이상 함유하여 이루어진 내화물.
  11. MgO 함유량이 98.0 ~ 99.8 중량%이고, SiOz함유량이 0.03 중량% 이하이며, CaO 함유량이 0.1~ 1.0 중량%인 대결정질 전융마그네시아를 클링카를 10 중량% 이상 함유하여 이루어진 내화물.
  12. MgO 함유량이 98.0 ~ 99.8 중량%이고, SiOz함유량이 0.02 중량% 이하, CaO 함유량이 0.2 ~ 2.0 중량% 함유하고, 저실리카질 결정임계로 석회가 석출된 전융마그네시아 클링카를 10중량% 이상 배합하여 이루어진 내화물.
  13. MgO 함유량이 98.0 ~ 99.8 중량%이고, SiOz함유량이 0.02 중량% 이하, CaO 함유량이 0.2 ~ 2.0 중량% 함유하고, 저실리카질 결정입계로 석회가 석출된 전융마그네시아 클링카를 10중량% 이상과, 탄소질재료를 함유하여 이루어진 내화물.
  14. 제9항, 제10항, 제11항, 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 내화물이 부정형 내화물, 불소성 연화 혹은 소성 연화 중 어느 것인 내화물.
  15. MgO 함유량이 98.0 ~ 99.8 중량%이고, SiOz함유량이 0.05 중량% 이하이며, CaO 함유량이 0.1 ~ 2.0 중량%인 대결정질 전융마그네시아를 함유하고 광학용 창문재, 저실리카질 결정임계로 석회가 석출된 전융마그네시아 클링카를 10중량% 이상 배합하여 이루어진 내화물.
  16. MgO 함유량이 98.0 ~ 99.8 중량%이고, SiOz함유량이 0.05 중량% 이하이며, CaO 함유량이 0.2 ~ 2.0중량%인 대결정질 전융마그네시아를 함유하고 광학용 창문재, 전자용 기반재, 마그네시아 단결정 도가니등용의 파인 세라믹스.
  17. MgO 함유량이 98.0 ~ 99.8 중량%이고, SiOz함유량이 0.02 중량% 이하이며, CaO 함유량이 0.2 ~ 2.0중량%인 저실리카질 페리클레스 결정입계로 석회가 석출된 전융마그네시아 클링카를 함유하는 광학용 창문재, 전자용 기반재, 마그네시아 단결정 도가니등용의 파인 세라믹.
