技术领域
本发明涉及耐火材料技术领域,尤其是涉及一种连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料及制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,国内钢铁行业响应国家号召进行供给改革,消减钢铁产能的同时,钢铁企业期望开发新钢种,提高各生产环节技术能力和提高铸坯合格率等,从而提高自身的竞争力。为了适应市场的发展,各耐火材料企业在保证营业额和利润的条件下,针对不同钢种的生产条件开发相适应的耐火材料以保证铸坯的合格率。
目前,各钢厂大多采用碱性覆盖剂和碳化稻壳作为中间包的保温材料,中间包挡渣墙作为连铸系统中间包用控流元件,对非金属夹杂物的上浮和去除有着至关重要的作用。然而,碱性渣对预制挡渣墙和干式料的侵蚀严重,氧化镁热膨胀系数大,抗震性差,限制了浇注料的使用寿命。
因此,针对上述问题本发明急需提供一种连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料及制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料及制备方法,通过连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料的研发以解决现有技术中存在的碱性渣对预制挡渣墙和干式料的侵蚀严重,氧化镁热膨胀系数大,抗震性差,限制了浇注料的使用寿命的技术问题。
本发明提供的一种连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料,按照重量百分数数计包括:镁砂66-75%、白刚玉8-10%、铝矾土5-9%、铝矾土尖晶石3-4%、结合剂8-10%、减水剂0.12-0.15%及防爆剂1.2-1.5%。
优选地,镁砂的颗粒的级配是:5-15mm占镁砂总质量的80%,1-5mm 占镁砂总质量的10%,0.074-1mm占镁砂总质量的5%;0-0.074mm占镁砂总质量的5%。
优选地,白刚玉的粒径为0.044-0.074mm。
优选地,铝矾土的颗粒的级配是:1-0.5mm占铝矾土总质量的85%, 0.5-0.25mm占铝矾土总质量的10%,0.25-0.074mm占铝矾土总质量的5%。
优选地,镁砂中的氧化镁含量不低于95%;铝矾土中的氧化铝含量不低于60%;白刚玉中的三氧化二铝的含量不低于99%。

将原料按照比例放入混砂机中搅拌,加水,搅拌均匀后放入模具中、振动后,依次进行养护和烘烤,制得连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料。
优选地,养护温度为110℃;烘烤温度为250℃;养护时间为12-48h;烘烤时间为8-10h。
本发明提供的一种连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料及制备方法与现有技术相比具有以下进步:
1、相对于传统使用的铝镁质浇注料冶炼特种钢时,本发明制备的镁铝质浇注料能大幅提高产品的抗碱性渣侵蚀性能,降低了因耐材侵蚀引起的金属氧化物堵塞水口污染钢液的风险。
2、本发明所述的耐侵蚀浇注料采用大临界粒度,高MgO含量骨料提高了浇注料的热态稳定性和抗热震性能,成本有一定增加,但提高了产品的浇钢寿命,综合考虑,提高了企业的经济效益。
3、在冶金行业冶炼特种钢的企业推广使用镁铝质浇注料,可有效保证铸坯的合格率,同时可显著提高中间包的使用寿命。

本发明提供了一种连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料,按照重量百分数数计包括:镁砂66-75%、白刚玉8-10%、铝矾土5-9%、铝矾土尖晶石3-4%、结合剂8-10%、减水剂0.12-0.15%及防爆剂1.2-1.5%。
具体地,镁砂的颗粒的级配是:5-15mm占镁砂总质量的80%,1-5mm 占镁砂总质量的10%,0.074-1mm占镁砂总质量的5%;0-0.074mm占镁砂总质量的5%。
具体地,白刚玉的粒径为0.044-0.074mm。
具体地,铝矾土的颗粒的级配是:1-0.5mm占铝矾土总质量的85%, 0.5-0.25mm占铝矾土总质量的10%,0.25-0.074mm占铝矾土总质量的5%。

实施例一
样品一制备步骤如下(总物料量为2200g):
1)称取镁砂1650g,其中,5mm<粒径<8mm的镁砂1320g,1mm<粒径<5mm的165g,0.074mm<粒径<1mm的82.5g,粒径<0.074mm的82.5g;称取0.044mm<粒径<0.074mm的白刚玉176g;称取0.074mm<粒径<1mm的铝矾土103.4g;称取0.074mm<粒径<0.089mm的铝矾土尖晶石66g;称取 0.001mm<粒径<0.003mm的氧化铝微粉110g;称取纳米硅灰粉66g;称取三聚磷酸钠2.6g;防爆纤维26g,其中,钢纤维20g,防有机纤维6g;所述镁砂中MgO含量为95%,刚玉中Al2O3含量为99%,铝矾土尖晶石中Al2O3含量为60%,纳米硅灰粉中SiO2含量为92%,将称取的各物料混合,干混3-5min, 使得颗粒分布均匀。
2)在混合料中加与混合料总量的4%水,搅拌4-5分钟后放入模具中、振动后,依次进行养护和烘烤,制得连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料;养护温度为110℃;烘烤温度为250℃;养护时间为24h;烘烤时间为10h,制备得到连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料。
浇注料在110℃养护24h后,对其进行体积密度、显气孔率、常温抗折强度、常温耐压强度,线性变化测定,同时还对其进行高温烘干后的抗折性能,分别在1500℃烘干3小时性能测定,在1400℃高温下抗折强度;分别根据GB/T 8931-2007和GB/T 30873-2014,对样品一进行抗侵蚀性能和抗剥落性能测定;制备得到连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料性能见表1。
本实施例制备得到连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料,针对性的改变现有的浇注料的添加比例,提高镁砂的加入量,降低白刚玉的加入量,提高粗粒径镁砂的加入量,制备得到的耐侵蚀浇注料的抗剥落性、抗侵蚀性得到较大改善,气孔率降低、常温抗压、抗折强度提高。
对比样品
制备对比样品制备步骤如下(总物料量为2200g):
1)称取镁砂660g,其中,称取0.074mm<粒径<1mm的镁砂440g;称取粒径<0.074mm的镁砂220g;称取0.074mm<粒径<1mm的铝矾土1092.96g;称取0.044mm<粒径<0.074mm的白刚玉176g;称取0.074mm<粒径< 0.089mm的铝矾土尖晶石66g;称取0.001mm<粒径<0.003mm的氧化铝微粉 110g;称取纳米硅灰粉66g;称取三聚磷酸钠2.64g;防爆纤维26.4g,其中,钢纤维20g,防有机纤维6.4g;所述镁砂中MgO含量为95%,刚玉中Al2O3含量为99%,铝矾土尖晶石中Al2O3含量为60%,纳米硅灰粉中SiO2含量为92%,将称取的各物料混合,干混3-5min,使得颗粒分布均匀。
2)在混合料中加与混合料总量的4%水,搅拌4-5分钟后放入模具中、振动后,依次进行养护和烘烤,制得连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料;养护温度为110℃;烘烤温度为250℃;养护时间为24h;烘烤时间为10h,制备得到连铸中间包用浇注料。

1)称取镁砂1452g,其中,5mm<粒径<8mm的镁砂1161.6g,1mm<粒径<5mm的145.2g,0.074mm<粒径<1mm的72.6g,粒径<0.074mm的72.6g;称取0.044mm<粒径<0.074mm的白刚玉220g;称取0.074mm<粒径<1mm的铝矾土183.7g;称取0.074mm<粒径<0.089mm的铝矾土尖晶石88g;称取 0.001mm<粒径<0.003mm的氧化铝微粉132g;称取纳米硅灰粉88g;称取三聚磷酸钠3.3g;防爆纤维33g,其中,钢纤维24g,有机纤维9g;其中,所述镁砂中MgO含量为94.5%,刚玉中Al2O3含量为99%,铝矾土尖晶石中Al2O3含量为85%,纳米硅灰粉中SiO2含量为92%,将称取的各物料混合,干混 3-5min,使得颗粒分布均匀。
2)在混合料中加与混合料总量的4%水,搅拌4-5分钟后放入模具中、振动后,依次进行养护和烘烤,制得连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料;养护温度为110℃;烘烤温度为250℃;养护时间为24h;烘烤时间为10h,制备得到连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料。
制备得到连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料性能见表1。
实施例三
样品三制备步骤如下(总物料量为2200g):
1)称取镁砂1572g,其中,5mm<粒径<8mm的镁砂1257.6g,1mm<粒径<5mm的157.2g,0.074mm<粒径<1mm的78.6g,粒径<0.074mm的78.6g;称取0.044mm<粒径<0.074mm的白刚玉220g;称取0.074mm<粒径<1mm的铝矾土115g;称取0.074mm<粒径<0.089mm的铝矾土尖晶石80g;称取 0.001mm<粒径<0.003mm的氧化铝微粉125g;称取纳米硅灰粉55g;称取三聚磷酸钠3g;防爆纤维30g,其中,钢纤维24g,有机纤维9g;其中,所述镁砂中MgO含量为94.5%,刚玉中Al2O3含量为99%,铝矾土尖晶石中Al2O3含量为85%,纳米硅灰粉中SiO2含量为92%,将称取的各物料混合,干混 3-5min,使得颗粒分布均匀。
2)在混合料中加与混合料总量的5%水,搅拌4-5分钟后放入模具中、振动后,依次进行养护和烘烤,制得连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料;养护温度为110℃;烘烤温度为250℃;养护时间为24h;烘烤时间为10h,制备得到连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料。

实施例四
样品四制备步骤如下(总物料量为2200g):
1)称取镁砂1500g,其中,5mm<粒径<8mm的镁砂1200g,1mm<粒径<5mm的150g,0.074mm<粒径<1mm的75g,粒径<0.074mm的75g;称取 0.044mm<粒径<0.074mm的白刚玉220g;称取0.074mm<粒径<1mm的铝矾土198g;称取0.074mm<粒径<0.089mm的铝矾土尖晶石88g;称取0.001mm <粒径<0.003mm的氧化铝微粉100g;称取纳米硅灰粉61g;称取三聚磷酸钠3g;防爆纤维30g,其中,钢纤维24g,有机纤维9g;其中,所述镁砂中 MgO含量为94.5%,刚玉中Al2O3含量为99%,铝矾土尖晶石中Al2O3含量为85%,纳米硅灰粉中SiO2含量为92%,将称取的各物料混合,干混3-5min,使得颗粒分布均匀。
2)在混合料中加与混合料总量的5%水,搅拌4-5分钟后放入模具中、振动后,依次进行养护和烘烤,制得连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料;养护温度为110℃;烘烤温度为250℃;养护时间为24h;烘烤时间为10h,制备得到连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料。

由表1可以看出,使用本发明所述的原料和方法制得的浇注料性能有所提升,经过钢厂实验,抗折强度、抗压强度、抗碱性渣侵蚀和渗透效果明显。

Claims (10)

1.一种连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料,其特征在于:按照重量百分数数计包括:镁砂66-75%、白刚玉8-10%、铝矾土5-9%、铝矾土尖晶石3-4%、结合剂8-10%、减水剂0.12-0.15%及防爆剂1.2-1.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料,其特征在于:镁砂的颗粒的级配是:5-15mm占镁砂总质量的80%,1-5mm占镁砂总质量的10%,0.074-1mm占镁砂总质量的5%;0-0.074mm占镁砂总质量的5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料,其特征在于:白刚玉的粒径为0.044-0.074mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料,其特征在于:铝矾土的颗粒的级配是:1-0.5mm占铝矾土总质量的85%,0.5-0.25mm占铝矾土总质量的10%,0.25-0.074mm占铝矾土总质量的5%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料,其特征在于:镁砂中的氧化镁含量不低于95%;铝矾土中的氧化铝含量不低于60%;白刚玉中的三氧化二铝的含量不低于99%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料,其特征在于:结合剂为氧化铝微粉或纳米级硅微粉中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料,其特征在于:减水剂为三聚磷酸钠或六偏磷酸钠中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料,其特征在于:防爆剂为有机聚丙烯纤维和钢纤维。
9.一种基于如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
将原料按照比例放入混砂机中搅拌,加水,搅拌均匀后放入模具中、振动后,依次进行养护和烘烤,制得连铸中间包用耐侵蚀浇注料。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于:养护温度为110℃;烘烤温度为250℃;养护时间为12-48h;烘烤时间为8-10h。
