Abstract

一种回转式焚烧炉用耐火材料,其特征在于,按重量比包括以下组成部分,电熔镁砂45~66份、铝矾土熟料38~50份、白刚玉细粉22~30份、微硅粉7~16份、锆英石12~28份、镁橄榄石6~10份、氧化铝粉5~8份、镁铝尖晶石3~9份、氧化铬粉4~7份、锆铝酸钙1~3份、三聚磷酸钠0.15~0.2份、耐热钢纤维0.9~1.6份。本发明的优点在于,在其施工较为简便,浇注时流动性较好,通过合理的配比能够使浇注料具有较强硬度、耐高温性、抗腐蚀性和较高的抗热振性,从而使浇注的耐火材料的使用寿命延长,并进一步的降低能耗,节约成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及耐火材料相关技术领域,具体涉及一种回转式焚烧炉用耐火材料。
背景技术
随着人们的生活质量越来越提高,伴随着的带来的生活垃圾等需要处理的废弃物也越来越多,而现在越来越多的生活垃圾是通过焚烧来达到无害化处理得。这就对焚烧炉得品质、耐用性等起到了更大的要求,但现实中焚烧炉又存在着一些,比如维修更换频繁、抗机械冲击力差、抗剥落性能差等问题。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种回转式焚烧炉用耐火材料的材料优选与配比:
(1)电熔镁砂 45~66份
(2)铝矾土熟料 38~50份
(3)白刚玉细粉 22~30份
(4)微硅粉 7~16份
(5)锆英石 12~28份
(6)镁橄榄石 6~10份
(7)氧化铝粉 5~8份
(8)镁铝尖晶石 3~9份
(9)氧化铬粉 4~7份
(10)锆铝酸钙 1~3份
(11)三聚磷酸钠 0.15~0.2份
(12)耐热钢纤维 0.9~1.6份。
进一步,所述铝矾土熟料的粒径小于1mm的占铝矾土熟料质量的20~25%,粒径为1~3mm占铝矾土熟料质量的16~22%,粒径为3~5mm的占铝矾土熟料质量的20~35%,粒径为5~8mm的占铝矾土熟料质量的20~25%。
进一步,所述铝矾土熟料中氧化铝的含量≥ 86%,氧化铁的含量≤ 1.2%。
本发明的优点在于,本发明一种回转式焚烧炉用耐火材料,在其施工较为简便,浇注时流动性较好,通过合理的配比能够使浇注料具有较强硬度、耐高温性、抗腐蚀性和较高的抗热振性,从而使浇注的耐火材料的使用寿命延长,并进一步的降低能耗,节约成本,满足国家节能减排的要求。

(1)电熔镁砂 59份
(2)铝矾土熟料 43份
(3)白刚玉细粉 25份
(4)微硅粉 9份
(5)锆英石 23份
(6)镁橄榄石 9份
(7)氧化铝粉 5份
(8)镁铝尖晶石 5份
(9)氧化铬粉 4份
(10)锆铝酸钙 1份
(11)三聚磷酸钠 0.16份
(12)耐热钢纤维 1.1份。
实施例2:
本发明所述的一种回转式焚烧炉用耐火材料,按重量份数计包括,
(1)电熔镁砂 52份
(2)铝矾土熟料 47份
(3)白刚玉细粉 27份
(4)微硅粉 12份
(5)锆英石 18份
(6)镁橄榄石 8份
(7)氧化铝粉 6份
(8)镁铝尖晶石 7份
(9)氧化铬粉 6份
(10)锆铝酸钙 3份
(11)三聚磷酸钠 0.18份
(12)耐热钢纤维 0.14份。

(1)电熔镁砂 45~66份
(2)铝矾土熟料 38~50份
(3)白刚玉细粉 22~30份
(4)微硅粉 7~16份
(5)锆英石 12~28份
(6)镁橄榄石 6~10份
(7)氧化铝粉 5~8份
(8)镁铝尖晶石 3~9份
(9)氧化铬粉 4~7份
(10)锆铝酸钙 1~3份
(11)三聚磷酸钠 0.15~0.2份
(12)耐热钢纤维 0.9~1.6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种回转式焚烧炉用耐火材料,其特征在于:所述铝矾土熟料的粒径小于1mm的占铝矾土熟料质量的20~25%,粒径为1~3mm占铝矾土熟料质量的16~22%,粒径为3~5mm的占铝矾土熟料质量的20~35%,粒径为5~8mm的占铝矾土熟料质量的20~25%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种回转式焚烧炉用耐火材料,其特征在于:所述铝矾土熟料中氧化铝的含量≥ 86%,氧化铁的含量≤ 1.2%。
