Description

一种长寿命铁沟浇注料
【技术领域】
本发明涉及耐火浇注料的技术领域,特别是一种长寿命铁沟浇注料的技术领域。
【背景技术】
铁沟是炼钢高炉引出高温铁水和熔渣的通道。在使用过程中,铁沟内衬承受着流动的高温铁水和熔渣的剧烈冲刷作用,高炉熔渣的化学侵蚀作用,铁水的渗透作用,间歇式出铁、出渣的温度急变对内衬造成的冷热震作用等。因此,一般要求铁沟内衬材料具有耐高温熔体的冲刷性要好,优良的高温耐磨性,耐高温熔渣的侵蚀,热震稳定性好,重烧体积变化小,抗氧化能力强。由于现代高炉均朝着大型、高效、自动化和高寿命方向发展,并采用精料、高风温、高压炉顶、富氧、喷煤和计算机控制等新技术以强化冶炼,因此,铁沟的工作条件随之日益苛刻,相应地对铁沟耐火材料及其施工和铁沟的通铁量提出了更高的要求。
目前,国内外铁沟所用的材料主要是A12O3-SiC-C质耐火材料,其中A12O3-SiC-C质浇注料用于铁沟的整体浇注,A12O3-SiC-C质捣打料和喷补料用于铁沟的修补。由于高炉出铁沟各部位工作环境各不相同,特别是离出铁口距离2~5m范围内的冲击区,由于受到铁水、熔渣的直接冲刷,基熔损更快。为了达到各部位使用寿命的同步,往往在铁沟使用中途高炉休风时要将铁沟冲击区进行修补,但以上各种耐火材料作为铁沟的修补料都有缺点:A12O3-SiC-C质浇注料混合物中的防爆剂不合理,该产品防暴裂性能差,不能进行快速烘烤, 否则,该产品在烘烤过程中开裂,A12O3-SiC-C质捣打料施工不方便,浪费材料多,并且施工体的各种性能、使用寿命没有浇注料好:A12O3-SiC-C质喷补料施工方便,但其施工体的各种性能、使用寿命更差。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种施工和使用性能优良的长寿命铁沟浇注料。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种长寿命铁沟浇注料,包括以下组分且各组分质量比例为:电熔致密刚玉:10~15份;棕刚玉:40~50份;造粒石墨:2~4份;碳化硅:10~20份;氧化硅微粉:2~5份;硼化钙:0.5~1份;金属铝粉:0.5~2份;防爆纤维:0.03~0.05份;纯铝酸钙水泥:2~5份;金属硅粉:4~6份;α-Al2O3微粉:2~6份;三聚磷酸钠:0.2~0.5份。
作为优选,所述电熔致密刚玉由粒度为3~5mm部分和粒度为1~3mm部分组成,电熔致密刚玉的质量指标为:Al2O3不小于98.5%、SiO2不大于1%、Fe2O3不大于0.3%、R2O不大于0.3%、TiO2不大于0.1%。
作为优选,所述电熔致密刚玉由粒度为4mm部分和粒度为2mm部分组成,粒度为4mm部分与粒度为2mm部分的质量比例为3:10,电熔致密刚玉的质量指标为:Al2O3为98.5%、SiO2为0.8%、Fe2O3为0.2%、R2O为0.2%、TiO2为0.05%。
作为优选,所述棕刚玉由粒度为3~5mm部分和粒度为1~3mm部分组成,质量指标为:Al2O3为96%。
作为优选,所述造粒石墨采用天然鳞片石墨。
作为优选,所述碳化硅为黑碳化硅;所述α-Al2O3微粉为活性α-Al2O3微粉。
作为优选,所述纯铝酸钙水泥为电熔纯铝酸钙水泥。
作为优选,所述电熔致密刚玉:10份;棕刚玉:40份;造粒石墨:2份;碳化硅:10份;氧化硅微粉:2份;硼化钙:0.5份;金属铝粉:0.5份;防爆纤维:0.03份;纯铝酸钙水泥:2份;金属硅粉:4份;α-Al2O3微粉:2份;三聚磷酸钠:0.2份。

本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将浇注料中引入硼化钙,提高浇注料的抗氧化、抗侵蚀和热态强度,并优化配方引入造粒石墨,制备出施工和使用性能优良的长寿命铁沟浇注料。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种长寿命铁沟浇注料,其特征在于:所述电熔致密刚玉由粒度为3~5mm部分和粒度为1~3mm部分组成,电熔致密刚玉的质量指标为:Al2O3不小于98.5%、 SiO2不大于1%、Fe2O3不大于0.3%、R2O不大于0.3%、TiO2不大于0.1%。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种长寿命铁沟浇注料,其特征在于:所述电熔致密刚玉由粒度为4mm部分和粒度为2mm部分组成,粒度为4mm部分与粒度为2mm部分的质量比例为3:10,电熔致密刚玉的质量指标为:Al2O3为98.5%、SiO2为0.8%、Fe2O3为0.2%、R2O为0.2%、TiO2为 0.05%。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种长寿命铁沟浇注料,其特征在于:所述棕刚玉由粒度为3~5mm部分和粒度为1~3mm部分组成,质量指标为:Al2O3为96%。
