Abstract

아래와 같이 되어 있는 프레스 성형성과 내식성이 우수한 아연계 도금 강판:
㉮ 강판, ㉯ 상기 강판의 적어도 한쪽 표면에 형성된 아연계 도금층, ㉰ 상기 아연계 도금층위에 형성된 크로메이트 피막 및 ㉱ 상기 크로메이트 피막위에 형성된 수지 피막.
수지 피막은 용제계 열 경화성 수지와 고형의 내부 윤활제 및 방청안료로 되어 있다. 용제계 열 경화성 수지는 (A) 히드록실기 하유 우레탄 프로폴리머와 , (B) 경화제로서의 블록 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물과 아마노 수지중에서 적어도 한가지로 되어 있고, 그리고 히드록실기 함유 우레탄 프리폴리머는, (a) 폴리에테르 폴리올, 폴리에스테르 폴리올 및 폴리에스테르-폴리에스테르 폴리올로 된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 한가지 폴리올과, (b) 이소시아네이트 화합물과, (c) 2가의 알코올로 되어 있다. 고형의 내부 윤활제는 폴리에틸렌 수지로 되어 있고 그 함유 비율은 상기 용제계 열 강화성 수지의 고형분 100중량부에 대하여 1~30중량부의 범위내이다. 그리고 방청 안료는 크로메이트 화합물과 실리카 중의 적어도 한가지로 되어 있고, 그 함유비율은 상기용체계 열경화성 수지의 고형분 100중량부에 대하여 3~30중량부의 범위내이다.

Description

프레스 성형성과 내식성이 우수한 아연계 도금강판
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 아연계 도금 강판의 윤활성을 시험하기 위한 시험기의 개략 정면도이다. 제2도는 아연계 도금 강판의 프레스 성형후의 외관을 시험하기 위한 시험기의 정면도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 아래와 같이 되어 있는 프레스 성형성과 내식성이 우수한 아연계 도금 강판에 있어서, ㉮ 강판, ㉯ 상기 강판의 적어도 한쪽 표면에 형성된 아연계 도금층, ㉰ 상기 아연계 도금층위에 형성된 크로메이트 피막, 상기 크로메이트 피막의 양은 상기 강판의 한쪽면당 금속 크롬으로 환산하여 5~200mg/㎡의 범위내이고, 및 ㉱ 상기 크로메이트 피막위에 수지를 도포한 다음 이것을 경화시킴으로써 상기 크로메이트 피막위에 형성된 수지 피막, 상기 수지 피막의 두께는 0.3~3.0㎛의 범위내이다. 아래를 특징으로 하는 개량:
    상기 수지 피막은 용제계 열 경화성 수지와 고형의 내부 윤활제 및 방청안료로 되어 있고, 상기 용제계 열 경화성 수지는 아래와 같이 되어 있으며, (A) 아래의 화학 성분을 가진 히드록실기 함유 우레탕 프로폴리머:
    ⓐ 폴리에테르 폴리올, 폴리에스테르 폴리올 및 폴리에테르-폴리에스테르 폴리올로 된 군으로부터 선택한 적어도 한가지 폴리올, ⓑ 이소시아네이트 화합물 및 ⓒ 2가의 알코올, 및 (B)경화제로서의 블록 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물과 아미노 수지중의 적어도 한가지, 상기 고형의 내부 윤활제는 폴리에틸렌 수지로 되어 있고, 상기 고형의 내부 윤활제의 함유 비율은 상기 용제계 열 경화성 수지의 고형분 100중량부에 대하여 1~30중량부의 범위내이며, 상기 방청 안료는 크로메이트 화합물과 실리카중의 적어도 한 가지로 되어 있고, 상기 방청안료의 함유비율은 상기 용제계 열 경화성 수지의 상기 고형분 100중량부에 대하여 3~30중량부의 범위내이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용제계 열 경화성 수지는 상기 히드록실기 함유 우레탄 프로폴리머의 상기 화학성분을 조정함으로써 제조되는 50℃이하의 유리 전이 온도를 가진 열 경화성 수지와 50℃이상의 유리 전이온도를 가진 또 다른 열 경화성 수지의 복합물로 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 아연계 도금 강판.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 50℃이하의 유리 전이 온도를 가진 상기 열 경화성 수지의 50℃이상의 유리 전이온도를 가진 또 다른 열 경화성 수지에 대한 중량비가 9:1~1:9의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 아연계 도금 강판.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 수지로 된 상기 고형의 내부 윤활제는 90~130℃의 범위내의 융점과 5000이하의 평균 분자량을 가지고 있음을 특징으로 하는 아연계 도금 강판.
