Abstract
본 발명의 목적은 종래의 롤러 베어링 보다 부하능력이 크고, 또한 큰 미끄럼 마찰을 수반하지 않고 롤링 성능이 향상되며, 또한 고속회전에도 적합한, 용착 등이 발생하지 않는 감마 롤러 베어링을 제공하는데 있다.
본 발명의 구성은 구성체(20, 20')가 내륜(1, 1'), 외륜(2, 2'), 복수의 롤러(3, 3'), 가압수단(7)을 가지며, 그 중 내륜(1, 1')과 외륜(2, 2')이 각각 일축선(6) 주위의 단엽회전 쌍곡면의 궤도면(1a, 1a', 2a, 2a')을 구비하고, 이들 궤도면과 선접촉하여 전동하는 상기 롤러(3, 3')가 상기 축선(6)을 포함하는 면에서 일정 각도 경사지게 설치되어 있으며, 이와같은 구성체(20, 20') 2개를 상기 일축선(6)방향으로 서로 대향하여 배치하고, 그 경우 상기 가압수단(7)이 이 내외 궤도면 간격을 좁게하는 방향으로 내륜(1, 1') 또는 외륜(2, 2')에 작용하고, 작용하지 않는 외륜(1, 1') 또는 내륜(2, 2')은 고정되어 있는 롤러 베어링이다.

Claims (2)
- 내륜과 외륜의 중간회전체를 구비한 구성체와, 가압수단을 가지고, 상기 내륜은 일축선 주위의 단엽회전 쌍곡면을 이루는 내측 궤도면을 구비하고, 상기 외륜은 상기 일축선 주위의 단엽회전 쌍곡면을 이루는 외측 궤도면을 구비하고, 상기 내측 궤도면과 상기 외측 궤도면은 서로 대향하며, 일단측에서 타단측을 향하여 반경이 커지게 되는 궤도를 형성하고, 상기 중간 회전체는 롤링면이 원통형상 또는 원추형상이고, 상기 궤도에 있어서 그 중간회전체의 중심축이 상기 축선을 포함하는 절단면에서 일정각도 경사지게 상기 궤도의 원주방향으로 복수개 배설되고, 그 중간회전체 표면은 상기 내측 궤도면과 상기 외측 궤도면에 선접촉하고, 상기 내륜 또는 외륜은 상기 중간 회전체를 상기 내측 궤도면에 따라 상기 일축선 방향에 있어서, 상기 궤도반경이 작은 방향으로 회전하게 하는, 일정 방향으로만 회전하며,상기 내륜 또는 외륜은 상기 일정방향으로 회전할 때의 상기 중간 회전체의 상기 축선방향의 움직임을 정지시키는 링형상부를 구비하고 있어, 상기 구성체는 상기 일축선 방향으로 서로 대향하여 설치되고, 상기 가압수단은 상기 일축선 방향으로 서로 대향하여 설치되는 상기 내륜간에 또는 외륜간에 설치되고, 그 서로 대향하는 내륜 끼리 또는 외륜 끼리는 상기 궤도의 간격을 좁히는 방향으로 가압되고, 상기 일축선 방향으로 서로 대향하는 내륜 끼리 또는 외륜 끼리 상기 가압수단에 의해 가압되지 않는 것은 상기 축선방향으로 움직이지 않도록 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 감마 롤러 베어링.
