Abstract
1, 1, 1, 2-테트 플루오로에탄이 회전형 압축기용 냉매로 사용되며, 그리고 냉동기오일로서 이 냉매와 적합성을 지닌 폴리올에스테르 오일이 사용된다.
롤러는 철 재료로 형성되며, 날개는 탄소를 함유한 알루미늄 복합 재료로 형성된다. 롤러와 날개 사이에 발생되는 마찰열을 억제시킴으로써, 폴리올에스테르 오일의 가수분해에 의한 롤러 및 날개의 부식이 억제되어 롤러 및 날개의 마모를 방지한다.

Claims (4)
- 밀폐된 용기와, 날개 및 롤러를 갖춘 슬라이딩 부재를 구비하고 상기 밀폐된 용기내에 설치된 회전 압축 요소를 포함하는 회전형 압축기에 있어서, 상기 회전 압축 요소에 의해 압축될 냉매로서 1, 1, 1, 2-테트 플루오로에탄이 사용되며, 다가 알코올과 지방산으로 구성된 폴리올에스테르 오일은 상기 냉매와 적합성을 지니고 상기 슬라이딩 부재를 윤활시키는 오일로 사용되며, 상기 날개는 상기 롤러보다 더 높은 경도를 지닌 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전형 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 날개는 보강재로서 탄소를 함유한 알루미늄 복합 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전형 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 날개는 보강된 플라스틱으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전형 압축기.
