Claims (16)
- 주로 알로파네이트 가교 구조를 가진 쇼어 A 경도(Shore A hardness) 75∼98의 가교 폴리우레탄, 및 물 또는 알칼리 수용액에 쉽게 용해되는 폴리에스테르(상기의 폴리에스테르는 필라멘트의 표면상에 노출되어 있고, 상기의 폴리우레탄은 단독으로 인장강도 1.0∼5.5g/d, 파괴 신도 350∼1200% 및 탁월한 탄성회복성을 가진다.)가 폴리우레탄/폴리에스테르 복합비(단면적비) 1/1 내지 90/1로 함께 결합되고, 필라멘트의 길이 방향을 따라 일률적으로 신장된 단일 필라멘트임을 특징으로 하는 잠재 탄성 복합 필라멘트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코어 및 시이드형 복합 필라멘트가 코어 성분으로서의 상기 폴리우레탄 및 시이드 성분으로서의 상기 폴리에스테르로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 복합 필라멘트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 알로파네이트 가교구조가 6μmol/g이상의 가교밀도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 복합 필라멘트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 알로파네이트 가교구조가 10μmol/g이상의 가교밀도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 복합 필라멘트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 폴리우레탄/폴리에스테르 복합비가 1/1 내지 50/1의 범위내임을 특징으로 하는 복합 필라멘트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 폴리우레탄/폴리에스테르 복합비가 1/1 내지 50/1의 범위내이고, 상기의 인장강도가 1.8 내지 5.5g/d의 범위내임을 특징으로 하는 복합 필라멘트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 인장강도가 2.5 내지 4.5g/d의 범위내임을 특징으로 하는 복합 필라멘트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 파괴신도가 400 내지 800%임을 특징으로 하는 복합 필라멘트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산 성분으로서의 방향족 디카르복실산 및/또는 그의 에스테르 형성 가능한 유도체(A성분) 5∼20몰%, A성분 이외의 방향족 디카르복실산 및/또는 그의 에스테르 형성가능한 유도체(B성분) 55몰%이상, 지환족 디카르복실산 및/또는 그의 에스테르 형성가능한 유도체(C성분) 및 지방족 디카르복실산 및/또는 그의 에스테르 형성가능한 유도체(D성분)〔상기의 C성분 및 D성분은 하기의 관계를 만족한다 :
- 0몰%≤C+4D≤40몰%
- (상기에서, C 및 D는 산성분 총량중의 C 성분 및 D성분 각각의 몰분율을 나타낸다)〕 및, 글리콜 성분으로서 에틸렌 글리콜 50몰%이상으로부터 몰에 쉬게 용해될 수 있는 폴리에스테르를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 복합 필라멘트.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기의 물에 쉽게 용해될 수 있는 폴리에스테르는 35 내지 80℃의 유리 전이 온도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 복합 필라멘트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 물에 쉽게 용해될 수 있는 폴리에스테르는 산 성분으로서 테레프탈산, 이소프탈산 및 술폰산기를 갖는 디카르복실산, 및 디올성분으로서 에틸렌 글리콜로 부터 형성된 폴리에스테르 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 복합 필라멘트.
- 쇼어 A 경도 75 내지 98의 열가소성 폴리우레탄, 및 물 또는 알칼리 수용액에 쉽게 용해될 수 있는 폴레에스테르를 각각 용해시키고, 수득한 폴리우레탄 용융물을 폴리이소시아네이트와 혼합시킨 후, 필라멘트의 단면에서 상기의 폴리에스테르가 필라멘트의 표면상에 노출될 수 있는 상대적인 배열에서 폴리우레탄/폴리에스테르 복합비(부피비)가 1/1 내지 90/1로 용융 중합체 양자를 복합 방적시키고, 300 내지 3000m/min의 권취 속도로 귄치시킴을 특징으로 하는 복합 필라멘트의 제조방법.
- 주로 알로파네이트 가교 결합 구조를 가지고 쇼어 A 경도75∼98의 가교 폴리우레탄, 및 물 또는 알칼리 수용액에 쉽게 용해될 수 있는 폴리에스테르(상기의 폴리에스테르는 필라멘트의 표면상에 노출되어 있고, 상기의 폴리우레탄은 단독으로 1.0∼5.5g/d의 인장강도, 350∼1200%의 파괴신도 및 탁월한 탄성 회복성을 가진다.)가 폴리우레탄/폴리에스테르 복합비(단면적비) 1/1 내지 90/1의 범위로 함께 결합되고 필라멘트의 길이방향을 따라 일률적으로 신장되어 있는 단일 필라멘트로 구성된 잠재 탄성 복합 필라멘트 얀을 사용하여 텍스타일 구조물로 직조한 후, 수득한 텍스타일 구조물을 상기의 폴리에스테르가 실질적으로 용해 및 제거되도록 가열하면서 물 또는 알칼리 수용액으로 처리함을 특징으로 하는 탄성 신장성 및 회복성을 가진 텍스타일 구조물의 제조방법.
