Abstract

점토, 특히 스멕타이트 변형체, 가장 특히 벤토나이트의 부가물은 하이드로칼사이트 또는 마그네슘 산화물 또는 알루미늄 산화물을 포함하는 혼합물, 또는 일반식 Lim DdT(OH)(m+2d+3+n,a)(An)a·xH2O(여기에서, m은 0 내지 1이고, D는 2가 금속이고, d는 0 내지 4이고, T는 3가 금속이고, A는 적어도 하나의 음이온 또는 원자가 n의 이온가 라디칼을 나타내고, n은 1 이상이고, (m+2d+3+n, a)는 3이상이며, (m+d)는 0이상이고, xH2O는 과량의 수화수를 나타낸다)와 실질적으로 일치하는 결정 혼합 금속 수산화물을 탈수시켜 제조한 적어도 하나의 활성 혼합 금속 산화물 또는 옥시-수산화물(AHMMO) 효과량을 사용하여 제조한다. 상기 부가물은 예를 들면 진흙을 드릴링하는데 및 광범위한 유체를 점도 변화시키는데 유용하다.

Claims (14)

  1. 실험식 MgO, Al2O3, MgAl2O4또는 실험식 (MgO)x·Al|2O3(x의 양은 Mg/Al의 비를 0.01/1 내지 6/1범위로 제공하기 위해 변화할 수 있다)의 혼합 금속 산화물중 적어도 한 화합물을 포함하는 활성화된 금속산화물과 점토와의 부가물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 혼합 금속 수산화물이 천연 또는 합성 하이드로탈사이트로부터 유래되는 방법.
  3. 제1항도는 제2항에 있어서, 점토가 스멕타이트군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 점토를 포함하는 방법.
  4. 실질적으로 하기 실험식의 적어도 한 화합물을 포함하는 활성화된 금속 산화물과 점토와의 부가물을 형성함으로써, 점토의 수성 분사액의 점도를 변화시키기에 충분한 양의 열적으로 활성화된 금속 산화물과, 점토의 수성 분산액의 함께 교반하는 단계를 포함하는, 열적 활성화된 금속 산화물과 점토와의 부가물을 제조하는 방법.
  5. MgO, Al2O3, MgAl2O4또는 실험식 (MgO)x·Al2O3
  6. 상기 식에서, X의 양은 Mg/Al의 비를 0.01/1 내지 6/1 범위로 제공하기 위해 변화할 수 있다.
  7. 제4항에 있어서 혼합 금속 산화물이 Mg(OH)2와Al2(OH)3와의 혼합물을 가열하여 활성화된(MgO)x·Al2O3을 생성함으로써 제조하는 방법.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 활성 혼합 금속 산화물이 하기 실험식의 혼합 함수 금속 수산화물을 가열건조함으로서 제조되는 방법.
  9. LimDdT(OH)(m+2d+3+n·a)(An)a·xH2O
  10. 상기 식에서, m은 0 내지 1의 수로서 Li의 양을 나타내고, D는 2가 금속이고, d는 D의 양을 표시하고, T는 적어도 하나의 3가 금속이고, A는 적어도 하나의 1가 또는 다가 음이온 이거나 음이 이온가 라디칼이고, a는 원자가 n의 A이온의 양이고, n·a는 약 0 내지 -3의 수를 나타내고, (m+2d+3+n, a)는 3이상이고, xH2O는 과량의 수화수를 표시하고, X는 0 이상이다.
  11. 제6항에 있어서, 식중 D가 Mg, Ca, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu 또는 Zn중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 2가 금속인 방법.
