Claims (13)
- 적층 수산화물의 수성 겔 또는 분산물을 점토의 수성 분산물과 반응시켜 점토 음이온과 적층 수산화물 음이온간의 이온교환으로 점도로부터의 금속이온과 적층 수산화물로부터의 음이온을 수용액중에 유리시키고, 혼합 금속 적층 수산화물과 점토와의 부가물을 형성함을 특징으로 하여 실험식(I)의 단일분산 단일층 혼합 금속 적층 수산화물을 광물 점토와 반응시키는 방법.LimDdT(OH)(m+2d+3+na)Aa n·qH2O (I)상기식에서, D는 2가의 금속이온이고; T는 3가의 금속이온이고; A는 OH-를 제외한 1가 또는 다가의 음이온이고; m은 0 내지 약 1이고;d는 0 내지 약 4이고; a는 A의 이온 수이고; n은 A의 원자가이고; na는 0 내지 약 -3이고; q는 0 내지 약 6이고; (m+d)는 0보다 크고; (m+2d+3+na)는 3이상이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, m이 0.5 내지 0.75인 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 광물점토가 알로판 그룹의 무정형 점토류, 및 2층형, 3층형, 팽창형, 비팽창형, 신장형, 규칙적 혼합층형 또는 쇄구조형의 결정성 점토류중의 적어도 하나인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 광물점토가 벤토나이트인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적층 수산화물/점토의 중량비율이 0.02/1 내지 1/1인 방법.
