Abstract
본 발명은 형성되는 임의의 물과 반응시키기 위한 충분한 탈수제(예, COCL2, SOCl2또는 SO2Cl2)의 존재하에, 대응하는 오산화물 또는 옥시할로겐화물을 과량의 무수 부로하수소와 반응시키는 것으로 이루어진 무수 오블화니오븀 또는 오불화탄탈륨의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이 방법은 단일 액상 반응 단계로 촉매적으로 활성인 무수 오불화니오븀 또는 오불화탄달륨의 제조에 유용하다.

Claims (9)
- (a) 오산화니오븀 또는 오산화탄탈륨 또는 옥시할로겐화니오븀 또는 옥시할로겐화탄탈륨을 과량의 불화수소 존재하에 약50℃ 내지 약200℃에서 오산화니오븀 또는 오산화탄탈륨 또는 옥시할로겐화니오븀 또는 옥시할로겐화탄탈륨의 적어도 일부가 오불화니오븀 또는 오불화탄달륨으로 전환되기에 충분한 시간 동안, 형성되는 임의의 물과 반응시키기 위한 유효량의 탈수제 존재하에 접촉시키는 단계와, (b) 무수 오불화니오븀 또는 오블화탄탈륨을 회수하는 단계로 이루어진, 무수 오불화니오븀 또는 오블화탄탈륨의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탈수제가 포스겐, 염화티오닐 및 염화설퍼릴로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탈수제가 포스겐인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 과량의 불하수소가 오산화니오븀 또는 오산화탄탈륨 1 몰당 10몰 이상의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 과량의 불화수소가 오산화니오븀 또는 오산화탄탈륨 또는 옥시할로겐화니오븀 또는 옥시할로겐화탄탈륨 1몰당 10몰 이상의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 과량의 불화수소가 오산화니오븀 또는 오산화탄탈륨 또는 옥시할로겐화니오븀 또는 옥시할로겐화탄탈륨 1몰당 10몰 이상의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항에 있어서, 온도가 약75℃ 내지 약160℃인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 온도가 100℃를 초과하는 방법.
