UN METODO PARA PRODUCIR ANHIDRIDO DE NIOBIO O UN PENTAFLUORURO DE TANTALIO INCLUYE LA REZCCION ENTRE EL CORRESPONDIENTE PENTAOXIDO O OXIHELURO CON UN EXCESO DEL ANHIDRIDO DE FLUORURO DE HIDROGENO EN PRESENCIA DE UN AGENTE DESIDRANTANTE SUFICIENTE (EJEMPLO: COCL2, SOCL2,O SO2CL2) QUE REACCIONE CON EL AGUA FORMADA. TAL PROCESO ES UTIL PARA PRODUCIR UN ANHIDRIDO DE NIOBIO O PENTAFLUORURO DE TANTALIO CATALITICAMENTE ACTIVO EN UNA REACCION UNICA DE UN PASO CON FASE LIQUIDA.
