Abstract
압력공급밸브(40)는 유압용 압력원(20)으로부터 시스템 조절기(46,46′,48,48′,52,52′)로 제공하고, 부스트식 마스터 실린더(12)의 부스트 챔버(34)를 격리시킨다.
압력공급밸브(40)는 관통개구(79), 보올 밸브(68)와 맞물림가능한 피스톤 밸브(72)의 밸브시이트(85)를 가진 피스톤 밸브(72)를 작동시키는 아마추어(83)를 포함한다.
보올 밸브(68)는 압력원(20)으로부터 조절기(46,46′,48,48′,52,52′)로의 유체유동을 방지하며, 피스톤 밸브(72)는 정상 및 작응제동시 유체유동을 허용한다.
견인제어장치, 피스톤 밸브(72)는 보올 밸브(68)를 이동시키고, 압력원(20)이 조절기(46,46′,48,48′,52,52′)와 연통하도록 허용한다.

Claims (11)
- 적응제동 및 견인제어시스템(10)에 있어서, 압력원(20)으로부터 유압을 수용하는 유압 부스트식 마스터 실린더(12)와, 견인제어공급밸브(40)와 연통하는 상기 마스터 실린더(12)의 부스트 챔버(34) 및 압력원(20)과, 시스템(10)의 조절기 수단(46,48,52;46′,48′,52′)을 통하여 휠 브레이크(50 및 60)와 각각 연결되는 견인 제어공급밸브(40) 및 마스터 실린더(12)의 압력챔버(16 및 18)로 구성되어 있으며, 견인제어공급 밸브(40)는 여자화될 때 피스톤 밸브(72)를 이동시키는 아마추어(83)가 상기 피스톤 밸브(72)를 이동시켜 부스트 챔버(34)가 공급밸브(40)와 연통되는 것을 종결시키고 밸브수단(68)을 개방하여 압력원(20)으로부터 상기 조절기 수단(46,48,52;46′,48′,52′)으로 제어된 유체유동을 가능케 하는 상기 적응제동 및 견인제동시스템(10)의 제어작동을 위한 제어수단(100)으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응제동 및 견인제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급밸브(40)는 계단형 보어(62)를 포함하고 있으며, 피스톤밸브(72)는, 상기 보어(62)내에서 미끄럼가능한 대직경 밸브부(74) 및 소직경 밸브부(76)와, 상기 부스트 챔버(34)로부터의 유압이 상기 조절기 수단(46,48,52;46′,48′,52′)의 형성(52 및 52′) 및 감소밸브(48 및 48′)수단과 선택적으로 연통가능하게 하는 피스톤밸브(72)의 길이방향 관통개구(79)와를 포하하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응제동 및 견인제어시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 보어(62)는 상기 피스톤 밸브(72)를 상기 밸브수단(68)으로부터 떨어지게 가압하는 탄성수단(77)을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응제동 및 견인제어시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 밸브수단(68)은 상기 계단형 보어(62)에 배치된 밸스시이트(66)에 대하여 스프링(70)에 의해 가압되는 보올 밸브(68)를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응제동 및 견인제어시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 피스톤 밸브(72)의 상기 이동은 소직경 밸브부(76)의 끝(85)이 보올 밸브(68)와 맞물리도록 하여 보올 밸브(68)가 상기 밸브 시이트(66)으로부터 떨어지게 이동되도록 하고 상기 끝(85)과의 보올 밸브의 맞물림이 피스톤 밸브(72)의 상기 길이방향 관통개구(79)를 통하여 유체유동을 종결하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응제동 및 견인제어시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 시스템(10)은 상기 브레이크(50 및 60)로 부터의 유압이 적응 제동시스템의 작용중에 상기 브레이크(50 및 60)로부터 감소되어 마스터 실린더(12)의 저장소로 복귀되는 보충 타입의 적응제동시스템(10)을 포함하고 있으며, 저장소는 압력원(20)과 연통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응제동 및 견인제어시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 압력원(20)은 상기 마스터 실린더(12) 및 상기 견인제어 공급밸브(40)에 압력을 공급하기 위하여 어큐뮬레이터(28)와 연통하는 펌프(26)를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응제동 및 견인제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 견인제어공급밸브(40)는 시스템(10)의 적응제동작동중에 비작동상태로 있으며, 이 공급밸브(40)는 적응제동작동중에 유체유동을 허용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응제동 및 견인제어시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서, 시스템(10)의 유체복귀라인(17)은 마스터 실린더(12)의 저장소(14)와 연통하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적응제동 및 견인제어시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서, 저장소(14)는 상기 압력원(20)과 연통하고 있는 것을 특징으로하는 적응제동 및 견인제어시스템.
