Claims (6)

  1. 레이저 비임을 조사해서 피가공물을 가공하는 레이저 가공 장치에 있어서, 상기 레이저 비임의 도광로를 구성하는 광학 부품과, 상기 광학 부품과 상기 피가공물과의 사이에 설치되어 고속으로 회전하는 임펠러를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 가공 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 임펠러는 내열성 금속 또는 세라믹으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 가공 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 임펠러는 레이저 비임을 반사하는 재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 가공 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 임펠러는 모터로 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 가공 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 임펠러는 고속가스 흐름에 의해 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 가공 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 임펠러는 상기 레이저 비임의 도광로를 구성하는 최종광학 부품과 상기 피가공물 사이에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 가공 장치.
