제3도는 전달의 제1단계와 제2단계가 지연된 본 발명에 따른 2단계 전달의 다른 방법을 도시하는 약물 농도 대 시간의 플롯을 도시한 것이다.
Claims (3)
- 이온화된 치료학적 약제를 전달하거나 이에 접촉된 2개 이상의 전극을 가지며, 전극 및 약제는 한 전극으로부터 다른 전극으로 전리요법적 전류 전달 동안 전기 경로를 형성시키기 위해 인체 조직에 반대로 위치하고, (a)제1수준의 전리요법적 전류를 2개 이상의 이온화된 치료학적 약제를 조직에 제1속도로 전달하는 전극 사이에 도입시켜 제1수준을 예정된 간격동안 지속시킴으로해서 약제를 급속하게 조직에 도입시키는 단계, (b)치료학적 약제의 농도가 목적하는 지속수준에 거의 근접하는 시간에서 제1수준을 목적하는 농도 수준을 지속시키기에 충분한 수준의 제2낮은 수준의 전리요법적 전류로 감소시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전리요법적 약물 전달 방법.
- 2개 이상의 전극과 (i)예정된 간격동안 적용시킨 제1수준의 전리요법적 전류를 전극과 연결된 인체 조직을 통해 전달하고, (ⅱ)인체내에서 치료학적 약제의 농도가 대략적으로 목적하는 농도 수준에 도달하는데 소요되는 제1간격 이후에 전극과 연결된 인체 조직을 통해 실질적으로 목적하는 농도 수준을 지속시키기 위하여 낮은 수준의 제2전리요법적 전류를 전달하기 위해 전리요법적 전류 발생 기구를 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 이온화된 치료학적 약제를 인체에 도입시키기 위한 장치.
- 2개 이상의 전극과 하전되지 않은 치료학적 약제를 함유하는 액체 용매, (i)예정된 간격동안 적용시킨 제1수준의 전리요법적 전류를 전극과 연결된 인체 조직을 통해 전달하고, (ⅱ)인체내에서 치료학적 약제의 농도가 대략적으로 목적하는 농도 수준에 도달하는데 소요되는 제1간격 이후에 전극과 연결된 인제 조직을 통해실질적으로 목적하는 농도수준을 지속시키기 위하여 낮은 수준의 제2전리요법적 전류를 전달하기 위한 전리요법적 전류 발생 기구를 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 하전되지 않은 치료학적 약제를 인체에 도입시키기 위한 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
