Abstract

장치의 소형화 및 저코스트화를 도모하는 동시에, 각 상 권선의 전류의 리플을 작게 하여 저소음화를 도모하는 것이다. 모터(6)의 감속시에는 희생제동이 걸려서, 각 상 권선으로부터 인버터회로(5)를 통해 직류전원부(1)에 귀환되는 회생(回生)전류가 저하된다. 그리고, 그 회생전류를 전류센서(9)에 의해 검출하고, 그 검출치가 소정치 이하로 되었을 때에 인버터회로(5)의 스위칭소자를 스위칭하여, 인버터회로(5)와 각 상 권선과의 사이에서 플라이휠전류를 순환시킨다.

제3도는 각종 PWM 신호 Spwm와 가감속신호 Sac의 파형도.

Claims (1)

  1. 모터를 가변속 구동하는 것에 있어서, 상용(商用) 교류전력을 직류전력으로 변환하는 직류전원부와, 이 직류전원부로부터 공급되는 직류전력을 가변주파수의 교류전력으로 역변환하여 상기 모터의 각 상 권선에 통전하는 인버터회로와, 상기 모터의 각 상권선에 흐르는 전류치를 검출하는 전류검출수단과, 상기 모터의 감속시에 있어서 상기 전류검출수단에 의해 검출한 희생전류의 전류치가 설정치 이하로 되었을 때에, 그 전류를 플라이휠 전류로서 상기 인버터회로와 상기 각 상 권선과의 사이에서 순환시키도록 이 인버터회로의 스위칭소자를 스위칭하는 제어회로를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터의 구동장치.
